Right Google, I'm going to bed cause G+ is unusable.   If you want to put out new shit that's fine, but it should be one hell of a lot less buggy than this.   #FAIL   in fact #BIGFAIL

This ANZAC Day, I decided to visit the local Returned Services cemetery - something I've not ever done before.  Although, I never really got there in the end.  As I was walking through the old part of the cemetery, I noticed various gravestones had poppies stuck to them.  Fascinated, I ended up wandering around discovering the graves of our soldiers who'd chosen to be buried with their families.  It was heart-warming to know that these soldiers scattered outside the Returned Servicemen's area were individually remembered along with their comrades.

Rippln is attacking the internet

Rippln has hundreds of thousands of members, who are spamming other people to join it. Here is one of its "Inner circle videos". Watch it and you will see, clearly, that it is a Pyramid scheme (wikipedia http://goo.gl/66TSL ) scamming people out of time and money.

Please share this. I don't normal ask people to share serious posts, but we got to stop people signing up to this and kill it before it becomes more of a thing. Share it on all your media, do your own posts, just get the message out there.

3D printers and the evil future, it will happen.
+John Hardy just posted a video about some guys printing lowers and magazines for AR 15's and was horrified about it, but it did get me thinking.....

The future for weapons lays at the feet of people with 3D printers, with them readily available they are going to experiment, a lot.   So what is coming with it all?
I think apart from people that actually like hunting and guns this is going to take a massive directional change, in ten years time who would know what will be out there.  Self propelled bullets? Bullets at all?   Paintball style gas guns with exploding missiles?
Armies that turn up with a bunch of printers, designs preloaded and sort it out on the day what is required to do the job?
A 3D printer, a little bit of design knowledge and a grasp of chemistry.  What will that combination lead to.
