Deeper Conversations - Starting Out With The End In Mind
+William Buist says:
"Cooperation – and success – flows from understanding. This begins with clear communication and deeper conversations. Collaboration is a journey that starts with an awareness of what it is like to work closely with others. This is followed by deep conversation – an opportunity to learn more about the goals and needs of those you will be working with and build a base level of trust."
For me cooperation needs trust. Only when we trust other people we are able to develop the right feeling to cooperate and to communicate. And trust means seeing people with human eyes, means freeing us from false thinking and from false interpretations.
We don't build trust afterwards, we have to give our trust at the beginning of the process that people are able to develop trust, too. ... more »

WORDS OF WISDOM
Our Deepest Fear - Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

The Best Way To Get More Online Followers
+Dharmesh Shah, Founder and CTO at HubSpot and Blogger at OnStartups.com, explains:
There's a simple way to get more followers — both online and offline. And, it also happens to be the best way.
To get more followers, be a great leader. That's it.
What gets lost in all the techniques and maneuvers designed to gain more followers is that leadership isn't a numbers game.
Leaders don’t lead numbers. Leaders lead people. That's true both online and offline.
Here are some ideas on being a leader people want to follow:
1.) Be true to yourself
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. ~Mahatma Gandhi
2.) Take a position
3.) Take a behavioral stand

Mirror, mirror on the wall …. how cruel you are
Social media …
you show us our picture every day
you show us our identity
our feelings
our behavior
our wishes and aims.
Mirror, mirror on the wall …
you are able to reveal everything about us
you are so cruel
you hide nothing
you are direct and confrontational
you are heartless and ruthless
your truth is painful and hard to stand
we sense your truth with severity
our self and ego suffers
our soul suffers.
We begin to …
get vulnerable
neglect our “good nursery”
neglect all good values
change our self-perception
substitute our pic
substitute this bad feeling
