Hello, I'm in the middle of taking over a excel VBA application from someone and was wondering what options I have when it comes to documenting the code?

Coming from c# I'd prefer to me able to do it like I can in Visual Studio (XML comments on the procedures that get thrown into an XML document) but I'm open to suggestions. I'm already playing around with MZ-Tools but it doesn't let me describe the parameters.

Looking to add smart tagging to an application I am creating; what do I mean by smart tagging? Take the "+<Person Name>" and "@<twitter handle>" functionality on most social sites.
