it's *WORLD IBD DAY* #WorldIBDday  
 i am here to bring awareness to all of you.  
Do you have any questions about my Crohn's Disease or any other IBD {Inflammatory Bowel Disease}?  
IBD is very different from IBS {Irritable Bowel Syndrome},
so please try not to get the two confused.
Millions of people all over the world are affected by this life crippling disease, it's time to get the word out so we can find a cure or at least get a little understanding as to what we go through on a daily basis.  I also want to thank all of you that have reached out to me and to others who struggle with similar issues.

so, i went out with the intent of having a nice peaceful morning yesterday, but that didn't happen.
why, you ask?
some dude wandering the beach decided to stand behind me and ask me 20 questions on what i was doing, what kind of camera i have, where i live and if i was going to wait for the seals to arrive.  
1.  i have NO clue what i am doing and i don't feel like trying to explain that to a stranger
2  i live next door to a POLICE officer. (i really do)
3  my camera is rare brand of #@*! off. 
4  yeah, i might have waited for the seals to arrive, but not with some guy hovering over me and my baby girl (my camera).  

needless to say, i left early with only a few shots in my camera.

i have already decided that long exposure photography is going to be my nemesis.    
the perfectionist in me says "you SUCK..give it up", but the dreamer in me says "you can do eeeet"!
i was hoping for the sky to clear a bit, but on the Island this gloomy weather happens as often as the sun shines in California.  
no wonder i'm so cranky in the winter.
