Sidenote: My god this thing is FAST!... The focus speed makes my 20mm seem like molasses. I can finally harness the true power of my E-M5... I never knew AF could be truly "instantaneous" ... It only took a year and now I find myself laughing when testing against my old DSLR.
To be fair, the Panny20mm has been a work horse all this time. But things must always change.

Both have the same intent...
Number 1 is my primary site where I share all my work, street, landscape, architecture, etc... It also has links and additional information in the sidebars. While its less streamlined and a bit larger making the load time slightly delay more than the Tumblr blog... it still has many more options available for visitors.
Number 2 is my Tumblr that I have been using to start showing my previously posted street work from early on. Its focused on my street work only, more streamlined, very basic, quicker .. but has less information.

Greetings all.
I'm RE Casper, currently hailing from the San Francisco bay after a three year run in Chicago, Illinois.
After a decade long hiatus from shooting with intent, I picked up a Canon DSLR in the late summer of 2011. Immediately my passion reignited and away I went, snapping all the way. My interest being street and travel, the DSLR just never cut it. I got tired of lugging around unnecessary weight for a marginal, if non-existant increase in quality or efficiency.
Toward the end of 2011, I caught wind of the Olympus OM-D E-M5. My interest peaked and m43 really begin knocking on my door. I pre-ordered in as soon as it was available to and became one of the first wave adopters. This lil gem opened my eyes to the m4/3 system. I immediately fell in love with this camera and have since sold, or gave away all my Canon DSLR gear.

Wanting to bring some transparency to my process, I thought I would share this to any of you awesome cats out there, interested in seeing a stream of before and after examples of my street work.
Every afternoon I post a new street image (some have and may soon be shared in this excellent group), then the following morning a "before and after" post will show what the image originally looked like from the camera. I throw camera specs and some random words about the moment in there too.
Out of curiosity, when you see such the comparison, does this take anything away from the image... or does it add more interest to the image and the work, by knowing more about it?
Would love to hear your thoughts.
