I've been getting a lot of calf cramps since I went hiking and jogging yesterday. So I searched online for exercises and stretches to remedy the pain and ended up freaking myself out.

This is a great resource for those who want to learn a topic by taking online classes. I'm a major fan of teaching yourself. I've been learning programming from online courses and it has been very effective. 

Here is a great tool recommended from +Lifehacker and I will be using this to find more courses for enrollment.

I just started exercising again last week (dedicated since) and for the past 1-2 months I slowly changed my eating habits. I know myself and I know that drastic diet changes don't work well with my body, so I grudgingly stayed patient.

Went shopping for jeans earlier and now I'm 2 pant sizes slimmer. I was shocked and caught off guard, but good news nonetheless :-)....felt great after my +P90X workout too!

Finished my +P90X Kenpo workout, took a shower, and now laying in bed catching up on shows. I haven't felt this alive in a while. Definitely got rid of 90% of my depression for now, I feel high on life :D

So great news! I started exercising again and back on my P90X program so I'm pretty stoked :-)......I'm following the Classic program and the issue is I cannot do the Plyometric workout because I live on the 2nd floor and it involves jumping.

I tried to talk to my neighbor, but nobody was home. I'm thinking about replacing Plyo with Kenpo, but I will get bored doing the same workout twice a week, do y'all have recommendations for a home cardio workout that doesn't involve jumping? I really want it to be intense and make me sweat!

Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself, but this is the third day of doing +P90X and I'm trying to get back into my routine.

It feels amazing and definitely enjoying everything. I just forced myself to do it and it's helping me with depression.

I've been here for 3 weeks now and it's been a crazy adventure. Finally got my own apartment yesterday and starting to settle in. The strange thing is that everyone has been kind and generous to me. Honestly did not expect strangers in Hollywood to be so nice.

Almost everyone I run into immediately does something nice for me and my friend told me not to be so shocked and is surprised that I developed such a high level of distrust towards people. Maybe it's a slow step of recovery from being burned in the past, I'm not entirely sure. 

My roommates are really cool and have been helping me settle in. +Lina Vitola you're right Europeans are pretty cool (and pretty) haha. Not sure how I got so lucky to end up having them as roommates.

When I was in Statesboro (small town!) I always tried to keep myself busy so I don't get bored. In LA I'm trying to find free time because time goes by quickly, but I'm having a great time .

Oh and if things work out, I will be living with 2 European females. Oh the potential fun and catastrophe haha :D

Went to my first acting class today. I'm just trying new things and trying to have fun :-).....life is great and I don't want to waste it being bored or sitting at home all day. Acting is definitely much harder than I thought, but I had fun and learned something new.
