I've been the victim of total exhaustion for the past two days... I thought I'd be alright yesterday but is wasn't completely the case. Today I'm not in my best shape but I'm feeling good enough to go back to work... I'll just make sure I take a break ever week  (worked 3 weeks non stop) and everything should be fine.

Hi my name is Shade Frost, I am a music composer, sound engineer, graphic designer, performer, photographer, actor, model and a new moderator for this community.

I live in Quebec, Canada, I'm 29 years old and I am a hockey fan An Ottawa Senators fan \m/. I hate reading, I love movies, comedies and horror movies. I love video games and playing guitar. I'm a huge fan of KISS, Rammstein, Korn, Rob Zombie, Megadeth but I also love music like Spin Doctor, Ivana Santilli, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and so on...

So when people think I'm not working that hard because I'm always at home... know that I've been working my ass off every single day since 2011 trying to promote my self by my own, constantly updating my pages by my own, made some contacts because I earned it and look at my stats now! Still some people don't realize how much effort I've put into this and how determined I am... When some are complaining that they are working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and tells me that I should do the same... They just don't know how much guts and sweat I've been spending through my struggles with my health and in my life in general. I've been spending 2 years working non stop 7 days a week to earn this. 

If I take the fact that I have no money, no credit, nothing else but music gear, video games, dvds and cds... that I spent over 35000$ in less than 3 years without a stable... more »

Why being an artist is the hardest job in the whole world? Quite simple...

Want some reasons, I'll give you some.... 

1. When you're an artist and you make a job out of it, you don't have a lot of money and mostly do it because you really really really want to do it because you can't seem to fin in anywhere else, which makes you a person who's broke all the fucking time.

2. It's your own therapy, which means it's not always fun... it's necessary and most people don't realize that..

3. People look at you and tell you that you have potential but that you need a REAL JOB because they look at you like you're a lazy ass motherfucker and don't understand the reasons why you don't wanna do anything else. 

4. You have to be great at what you're doing and be able to fight against mainstream all thef... more »

Updates concerning my music

1. I am now a signed and managed artist of Synchronicity PR
2. I will represent 3 causes:
- Borderline Personality Disorder Awareness
- Breast Cancer and other forms of Cancers as well 
- I will take a stand against brutality against animals

3. I am preparing a press kit right now and contacting some organisations as we speak.
