Moderators can now move posts between community categories

Based on all the amazing feedback you’ve shared, we know that being able to move posts from one discussion category to another is at the top of your wish list. We’re excited to announce that moving posts is now possible, and will be rolled out to all moderators throughout the day. 

To move posts between categories:

1) Go to a community that you moderate, and find a post you’d like to move
2) Click on the post’s current category (located at the top next to the date)
3) Select the new category you’d like to move the post to

Step One: All g-mail accounts are going to be converted into G Plus accounts.
Step Two: All Youtube profiles will be converted into G Plus accounts (if Google has half a brain, this must happen, including a slightly new format).
Step Three: Google Plus will dominate the social media market AND there will be a flood from those that realize Google Plus has more of an impact than Facebook, Twitter and all others combined that will be triple the move from Myspace to Facebook years ago! The impact of Google Plus dominating IS a reality already and IF Google develops this medium right, those already on Google Plus that consistently have quality posts should multiply their follower count several times over in the decade ahead, until technology replaces this type of format! Events Got Updated... Shows if people have Viewed an invite or not
Events Tips

This is a great new Update to the Google Plus Events tool... if someone has been invited to an Event, but has yet to respond, they are in the "Not Responded" category of guests (invitees)... Now we can see if they have had a chance to VIEW the invite or not!

Things can get pretty busy on Google Plus and knowing if someone had a chance to View the Invitation to an Event is helpful information for the organizer of that event.

I don't see it making any change to our Messaging Options (yet), but that would be a Wonderful Addition as well; if we had the choice to check a box for those that had or had not Viewed the invite but are still in the "Not Responded" grouping... what say you +Google+ Help?

Follow A Post Without Commenting on Facebook -You ever see a post from a Facebook friend that has an interesting discussion going on in the comment section or you just think the post is fascinating, but you don't want to comment on it but you want to keep up with the activity on the post?? 

You can click the hidden option menu to the right of a post on desktop Facebook (looks like a "v"). Just select the word "Follow" and you will get notifications for comments on that post. You can do it all without ever making a comment on the post yourself. Cool, huh?

Do not forget to build your personal circles

Google+ circles concept was introduced in June 2011 along with the new social network. Communities were introduced in December 2012.

For 18 long months every new Google+ user was instructed to search for posts that fit their interests and start adding people to their circles. One by one, painfully slow. And because we were trying to pigeonhole people into the right circle, we spent lots of time trying to figure out what their interests were. In Summary: getting to know each person in our circle was a goal.

With the arrival of communities new users were told to just join a community. A much simpler process and you meet hundreds in one shot. Ghost town problem perception solved.

Interactive Posts Now Working

Here is an example of what we will no doubt soon be seeing much more of here on Google+: an "interactive post." In this case, you'll see an "Invite" button, but there are lots of other potential actions that you will be able to enlist through these interactive posts. In a lot of ways, this functions like Facebook's Open Graph. 

Here's what Google says about it: 
Interactive posts provide an easy and prominent way to allow users to share your site or app with their connections and invite them to take action, for example RSVP for an event. Interactive posts can drive new users to your site, improve conversions, and increase engagement.

An interactive post in the Google+ stream is similar to a basic shared post but adds a call-to-action button and support for deep linking.

How true is this? I really feel for Kids today, Political leaders, Movie Stars, and random Crazy people who make some kind of mistake. It is a pain to go and review the setting for 30 circles.
This is a move in the right direction. Sliders please.........

UPDATE: I am happy to see all the circles in one page. What I would like  is a slider like the one it already exists in every circle stream but in this format. That way I could quickly see which circles are not going into my stream instead of clicking through every single circle.
