This is an oldie but Shell needs to release the full HD version (1080p) on youtube complete with the sound. I saw this in the cinemas first and it was STUNNING to see and hear.. Maybe with the new movie on Formula One coming out later this year Shell could do this again??

US Broadband Question

A friend of mine lives in San Jose and he is looking for a good broadband provider - which has flexible bandwidth CAPS / good speeds (> 10 MB/s ) and not ownerous policies where you get banned if you go over your CAP.

Any suggestions - beyond the obvious choices of COMCAST and AT&T what choices does he have?

Also where is there a broadband comparison site for American providers where you can compare provider plans against each other for your area?

Hey NA fans, this is a classic. I saw this article mentioned on mainstream news in Australia. When I first saw this I thought - YES they are finally recognising the scripted bullcrap from most of the Australian mainstream news - put on more pretty babes and keep the content light and filled full of Hollywood advertising (which is what IS happening for most of mainstream TV news in OZ).. but NO - they just turned on the guy who wrote the article and said he was backwards and sexist..   :(

Today, Australia and New Zealand remember and commemorate those brave soldiers who died on the shores of Gallipoli during World War 1. Over 11,000 Australian and New Zealand soldiers died at the Gallipoli landing, which is seen as the "birth" of the nation's identity.

Today, ANZAC Day commemorates not only those that had fallen at Gallipoli, but also every other soldier that has fought in the years since then.

In the true sense of the phrase, we remember lest we forget the sacrifices they made to protect our freedom.

Lifehacker is running a poll, asking "What’s Your Social Network of Choice?"

But they give Facebook and Twitter an unfair advantage: At the bottom are "Like" buttons for Facebook and Twitter. They're giving a tool to virally promote the poll on two of the social networks, but not the others. As a result, Facebook and Twitter have WAY more votes than Linkedin, Pinterest, MySpace and Instagram.

But Google+ is dominating the poll anyway, with (at the time I write this) twice as many votes as Facebook.

That's not enough.

Since Lifehacker decided to favor Facebook and Twitter, let's send them some Google+ love in the form of MASSIVE votes for Google+:
