Well I finally got part of my garden started this year. Big Boy Tomatoes Roma Tomatoes, Sweet basil, Dill and Sage. I have a good more to plan and hopefully it will all be in the ground and flourishing in a week or so.

A friend of my wife gave us a bunch of green cayenne peppers, which I have just finished dehydrating. I am thinking of drying some lemons and flake them up to put with the peppers and maybe a little dried garlic and rough ground peppercorns. I think it will make a tangy / hot / spice mix that would be good as a rub on chicken, pork, fish etc. I'll post the results when I have a batch done and tested. :)

Anyone hungry? I decided to make some more #3D #food models to go with the 3D turkey and trimmings I made yesterday. Today we have pecan pie and cranberry sauce!

A selected recipe from the "Favorite Quick, Easy and Delicious Recipes" Cookbook
Red Lobster Style Cheese Biscuit Recipe
As I always say, why buy when you can make. Cheese biscuits are awesome and this recipe is sure to please!
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup Kraft's American cheese, grated
Liquid (squeeze bottle) margarine
Garlic powder
Kraft American cheese food (or Velveeta)
Preparation
Combine milk, Mayo, sugar and flour. Beat with mixer at high speed, not quite 1 minute until smooth and completely combined. Remove beaters.
Use rubber spatula to streak the dough with the cheese food. Drop batter equally between 10 paper lined muffin wells.

Why Doesn't Mashable Give Due Credit for the Photos it Uses?
Hey, +Mashable - do you like this photo of mine? I presume so, since it shows up on your site in dozens of search results. So why don't you give me proper credit when you use my photo? All I see is a link at the bottom to Flickr's main page and a mention of "wbeem" going to an unresolved link on your own site.
Do you just troll Flickr for photos to use and then disregard Flickr's Terms of Service that requires you to keep a link back to the original photograph? Do you ignore the type of Creative Commons license associated with the photograph? Do you ever look at the photographer's licensing terms and decide they're irrelevant? It seems the answer is "Yes" to all of the above.
