In the last six months, +Google Chrome has played host to some of Indonesia’s finest up-and-coming artistic talent with the Chrome Open Spaces project. Designed to showcase the creativity possible with modern web technologies, Chrome Open Spaces called on aspiring artists from across the archipelago to submit drawings via a custom-designed app. The app enabled people to create ‘street art’ online using digital spray paints, brushes and stencils. Over 12,000 drawings were submitted and 11,000 votes were cast. From these virtual paintings, nine winners were chosen to have their creations showcased on buildings and walls across Jakarta and Bandung.

Collaborating with UMass Amherst researchers Sameer Singh and Andrew McCallum, Google Research has released the Wikilinks Corpus, consisting of 40 million disambiguated mentions within roughly 10 million web pages.  By compiling the associations of unique wikipedia URLs (entities) linked to by the hypertext (anchors) of weblinks, the Wikilinks Corpus can help computers with the task of disambiguation (if someone says Stanford, are they referring to a university, a city, or a person?) -- something humans do incredibly well.

Dev Tools in Chromium are getting better every day. Do you want a proof?

In a near future, when your Dev Tools will be opened, Reload button wil act a little bit different.
With a long click or right click, it will bring up a drop-down menu which will allow you to specify:
- A Normal Reload,
- A Hard Reload,
- Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
