Completely satisfied with +T-Mobile!

The charging port on my Galaxy S III has a short in it, which makes charging the device an absolute nightmare.

Luckily, I have a spare battery charging system, which alleviates most of the problem, but I still can't charge the phone with a car charger, or just plug it in like normal.

I called customer service, fully expecting to have to pay a $125 deductible, but was extremely pleased to find out they're only going to charge me $5 because it's covered under warranty. And they're even going to overnight it to me.

Thanks a ton, Magenta! This is why I've been with you for 8 years and counting.

A post long overdue....

Many of you know me as the founder of +OMG!Droid, an Android blog that started at the time Google+ went into beta. 

As of late, I haven't been nearly as active as I was in the past. I don't dislike Android, nor have I given up on the dream, rather real life has taken its toll and managed to keep me a busy bee as of late.

Many of you don't know I'm also a full-time father, college student, and employee at a local brewery. I'm not a superhero. I'm not a professional journalist. I'm not any of that shit you see on the Internet; I am me.
