Let me be unerringly clear, this in not about us, far far from it. It is about the men who have lost their sight, their hearing or the use of their bodies but not their minds, not their determination and spirit. Recent Update
Many thanks to the great and might Hangouts API team, for because of their work, I've been able to add two valuable new features:
► "YouTube Stream" now allows you to cycle between three states:
☼ FOCUSED FEED (Always display main feed only)
☼ HANGOUT VIEW (Always display main feed and filmstrip)
☼ AUTO (Automatically hide filmstrip when there is one user)
► "Notifications" can now be set to default to "Audible" or "Muted" for new users entering the Hangout. No more [ding] every time something happens in the Hangout :).
Please remember to set Notifications early! I believe it affects new participants as they enter, not those already in the Hangout.
As always, your feedback makes things happen, so please let me know how it goes.

How to Handle Trolls follow NewEgg's example.
"They systematically sent thousands of letters out saying, "Hey, we own 27,000 patents, and here are some patents we think you infringe." They had a whole licensing group whose job was to monetize these patents, by threatening litigation and in some cases litigating. It didn't actually matter if you did your own analysis and got back to them and said, "Hey guys, we actually think we don't infringe." New Things to look at on Google Plus...
I'm guessing that some new things will be rolling out since #GoogleIO2013 is just about to start... Here are a couple of items discovered this evening while hanging out with +matthew rappaport
In the Google Plus Settings...
We saw that there is a Hangouts area now. It has the ability to send me an email when someone Invites me to a video call.
In Google Chat...
Once I get invited to a Hangout it says: I've invited you to a video call at... {link to Join the hangout}.
Both of these are using some new wording from what we can tell: Video Call. The email me option is new from what I can tell and the wording has changed (i.e. calling hangouts a video call )...
