Learning about beer from 7 year olds
A handful of 7 year old children were asked, 'what they thought of beer.'
Tim- 'I think beer must be good. My dad says the more beer he drinks the prettier my mom gets.'
Melanie - 'Beer makes my dad sleepy and we get to watch what we want on television when he is asleep, so beer is nice.'
Grady - 'My Mom gets funny when she drinks it and takes her top off at parties.'
Toby - 'My Mom and Dad talk funny when they drink beer and the more they drink the more they give kisses to each other, which is a good thing.'
Sarah - 'My Dad gets funny on beer. He is funny. He also wets his pants sometimes, so he shouldn't have too much.'
Lilly - 'My Dad loves beer. The more he drinks, the better he dances. One time he danced right into the poo... more »

One way to break the tedium and pain of war. Everyone needs a break every now and then.
If this doesn't put a smile on your face...
The Miami Dolphin cheerleaders sent the US Troops in Afghanistan
a music video and they sent one back…mimicking them almost to
perfection. SO cool!!! Plus the Soldiers light off a four point deuce
mortar as a point of punctuation. Soldiers win…hands down!!!

Worlds strongest coffee called "Death Wish".
I have not tried this myself, waiting for one of you brave souls to go first.
Not your typical coffee bean:
Disclaimer: This is not your regular morning coffee. This is not your store bought coffee. You will not find this coffee at your local diner or at your sissy 'Starbucks. Death Wish Coffee is the most highly caffeinated premium dark roast organic coffee in the world. This is Extreme Coffee, not for the weak. Consider yourself Warned. http://www.deathwishcoffee.com

Ink, sperm and eggs go in, a financially secure future comes out. In vitro fertilization is expensive, and let's face it, so are babies. What better way to offset the costs, and maybe make a little extra (elbow-elbow) than selling some prime epidermal real estate on your newest bread winner? Octomom- and Duggar-approved, you won't be saying, "Eight is Enough" after you calculate the earning potential of these walking billboards.

Printers for #chromebook
I'm looking at upgrading my old printer for a new wireless printer. I was wondering what you all would recommend that will work well with my chromebook (Samsung Series 3).
I don't have a lot of space for a huge one but one that will do all the usual stuff like print, scan, copy etc. Any recommendations?

Oh what deep thinkers men are.
I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a cold beer.
The day was really quite beautiful, and the drink facilitated some deep thinking on various topics.
Finally I thought about an age old question:
Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts?
Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the nuts.
Well, after another beer, and some heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with the answer to that question.
Getting kicked in the nuts is more painful than having a baby; and here is the reason for my conclusion.
A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child."
On the other hand, you never hear a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the... more »

NAVAL OFFICERS and NAVY CHIEFS
A group of Chiefs and a group of Naval Officers take a train
to a conference. Each Naval Officer holds a ticket. But the
entire group of Chiefs has bought only one ticket for a single
passenger. The Naval Officers are just shaking their heads and
are secretly pleased that the arrogant Chiefs will finally get
what they deserve. Suddenly one of the Chiefs calls out: "The
conductor is coming!" At once, all the Chiefs jump up and
squeeze into one of the toilets. The conductor checks the
tickets of the Naval
Officers. When he notices that the toilet is occupied he
knocks on the door and says: "Ticket, please!" One of the
Chiefs slides the single ticket under the doors and the
conductor continues merrily on his round. For the return trip
the Naval Officers decide to use t... more »

To all my fellow veterans
You may have served in combat or while preserving peace.
You may have retired out or you may have served for a short time.
You may have been a draftee or a volunteer.
You may have served in the Corps, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard or the Merchant Marines,
BUT YOU SERVED. YOU DID YOUR JOB HONORABLY and for that I am PROUD to call you 'Brother.'
You may have served during WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Nicaragua, Persian Gulf, Iraq or Afghanistan, But you served, you did not run.
You have earned your DD 214 with those words "HONORABLY DISCHARGED" two of the most noble words in the world.
Again I am proud to know each and every one of you.
Here's to you!! I was never a hero, but I am thankful and proud to have served among them.

IT'S WHAT YOU SCATTER
I was at the corner grocery store buying some early potatoes... I noticed a small boy, delicate of bone and feature, ragged but clean, hungrily apprising a basket of freshly picked green peas.
I paid for my potatoes but was also drawn to the display of fresh green peas. I am a pushover for creamed peas and new potatoes.
Pondering the peas, I couldn't help overhearing the conversation between Mr. Miller (the store owner) and the ragged boy next to me.
'Hello Barry, how are you today?'
'H'lo, Mr. Miller. Fine, thank ya. Jus' admirin' them peas. They sure look good'
'They are good, Barry. How's your Ma?'
'Fine. Gittin' stronger alla' time.'
'Good. Anything I can help you with?'
'No, Sir. Jus' admirin' them peas... more »

My fellow Chromebook users. I have a Samsung ARM Chromebook using the "Stable Channel".
When I try to highlight a certain individual or whatever using the plus + symbol in front of the name my cursor always jumps back to the front of my post as soon as I type the + symbol.
I'll scroll back to the + symbol to try to finish what ever I wanted to type but it doesn't work.
The list of Names never pops up that I can choose to pick who I wanted to highlight in the post and even if I just finish typing the name, it still doesn't highlight so the person never knows that I wanted them to see my post.
I have no problem doing this on my Nexus 7 or Galaxy S3.
I hope the picture helps with what I mean.

On screen keyboard for my Samsung ARM Chromebook
My fellow Chromebook users. On my previous windows 7 laptop I used the on-screen keyboard more then the physical keyboard for a couple of reasons due to disability. It had word prediction while typing that help out a lot.
I've looked in the chrome store for one to use on my chromebook but the couple that actually work are not even close to being anything I'm used to on a windows machine and are not always available when needing it on my chromebook or websites.
My question to you is:
1. Has anyone found a decent on-screen keyboard for the chromebook that is just as good as a windows machine and
2. Is Google planning on adding this option on a future update to the Chromebook OS

This is really sobering. Click on the link and find the city you went to high school and look at the names. Click on the name and it will give details of the death.
Vietnam Wall
First click on a state. When it opens, scroll down to the city and the names will appear.
Then click on their names. It should show you a picture of the person, or at least their bio and medals.
This really is an amazing web site. Someone spent a lot of time and effort to create it.
I hope that everyone who receives this appreciates what those who served in Vietnam sacrificed for our country.
The link below is a virtual wall of all those lost during the Vietnam war with the names, bio's and other information on our lost heroes. Those who remember that time frame, or perhaps lost friends
or family can look them up on this site.
