Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to infiltrate the house of Mr. Big. As always, should you or any of your puppy Force be caught by the local animal shelter, your master will pay the fine for your actions. This tape/disc will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck, Snoopy!

At tonight's meetup, we announced and demoed AngularJS 1.2's many features. We also announced and speculated on more of the future of Angular like support for Dart, breaking Angular into multiple easy-to-assemble components and future web standards.
You can watch at AngularJS 1.2 and Beyond. Skip ahead to the 2:00 minute mark to avoid the start-up chatter.

#MBD #MDD #MCD a bit confusing?
_Currently “Model Based Development” (MBD) using MATLAB/Simulink models has become a focal point in automotive embedded system design. Meanwhile, “Model Driven Development” (MDD) using UML (Unified Modeling Language) or ADL (Architecture Description Language) is emerging as a means for implementing and testing application software.
To meet the needs of the industry, GAIO provides comprehensive MBD and MDD solutions we call ‘Model Centered Development” (MCD) services_.

ICE, ICE, Beta! The #dartlang version of the ICE Code Editor is in public beta at: http://gamingjs.com/ice-beta/.
ICE is a combo editor and automatic visualization preview. It is the primary tool used in the forthcoming 3D Game Programming for Kids (http://pragprog.com/book/csjava/3d-game-programming-for-kids). Give it a try in Chrome, Firefox and even IE10(!)
Writing this in Dart has been a huge win. After writing this twice in JavaScript, I was dissatisfied with the code design and its reliability (not a good thing for a kids book). Dart solved both problems with its easy classes & libraries and its awesome unittest library. I ♥ Dart!
Huge thanks to my collaborators on this: +Santiago Arias, +Srdjan Pejic, +Kate Bladow, +Stephen Cagle, +Damon Douglas, +William Estoque, +Daniel Gempesaw, +Anita Kuno, Morgan Nelson, and Michael Risse. This wouldn't have been... more »

What is MV*?
From the presentation: Though all the frameworks out there somewhat tries to be MVC but they do not necessarily follow the pattern strictly. The idea of all the patterns is to separate Model, View and Logic that hooks the two behind which is the controller. However BackboneJS embeds the controller logic in the view itself though it efficiently maintains the separation. On the other side we do have other libraries which implement Model-View-Presenter(MVP) and Model-View-ViewModel(MVVM) pattern. For this reason we will refer these frameworks as MV* implementation
