I am sharing the circle below for those who are looking for educators and those who actively write about education with an emphasis on information and communications technologies (let's call it tech ed for short). Just prior to posting this I used the Uncircle+ Chrome extension to comb the circle for inactive G+ accounts, resulting in the removal of around 60 from an initial set of 470. However, it appears that Uncircle+ is not completely reliable. At least one account remains that is apparently non-existent and a few accounts remain that were inactive during the period I specified. I wanted Uncircle+ to identify accounts with no activity since January 1.
