How To Take Risks In Life - The Key To Our Success
I wonder how fearful this little bird was the first time it jumped off the ledge? It looks so easy and fearless now, but it had to learn how to take risks in life to survive (we do too).
Fears and risks are incredibly intertwined - one prevents, the other overcomes. Fears prevent us from taking risks. Risks are how we overcome fears - and survive, thrive, succeed.
Learning how to take risks in life is the key to survival for animals and humans. For most of us, taking risks never gets easy or comfortable. But it is necessary.
Just like this little bird, we must ignore our fears, walk to the edge, and jump. It's the only way this bird can do what it was made to do. It's the only way we can do what we were made to do too.

Why Bad Things Happen - Agree OR Disagree?
Could this be part of the reason why bad things happen? Because . . .
Hard times . . . make us stronger
Mistakes . . . make us wiser
Sad experiences . . . make us happier
I know I'm stronger, wiser, and happier because of the bad things that have happened in my life. And, like most of you, I've had a few bad things happen. I wonder if we all better understood and accepted these truths if we'd stop asking the question why bad things happen.
Bad things make us stronger, wiser, happier - which is (part of) the reason why bad things happen. Agree OR Disagree?

A United Nations expert group today urged international clothing brands not to disengage from Bangladesh, but to work together with the government, international organizations, and civil society to address working conditions in the garment sector
"We strongly urge international clothing brands sourcing from Bangladesh to address human rights risks in their supply chains with the involvement of workers, other relevant stakeholders, and human rights experts, and to share publicly what they are doing to mitigate their risks,” says the group.
They stressed that such commitment is crucial to prevent another disaster like the Rana Plaza collapse, where hundreds of people, most of whom were young, female garment workers, have now been confirmed dead. More: http://bit.ly/11SxCyZ
