Wow, here's a #throwback ... I'm going through stuff, packing it up to move, and look what I found. =D I'm gonna make each and every one of these. I'm not even sure if they make WhiteWings anymore.

Just about one of the coolest looking tread patterns I've seen. Functional too. :)

Just got a killer hookup on a set of tires. Way cheaper than Tirerack. Now I just hope they don't fuck up my rims. >=O
275s on the front and 315 out back. Gonna be sick, sonnnn! =P

Check out the size of the key fobs for this car, +Telyne clark ... They're huge just like the car. Hah! Push to start is cool though. And the parking brake is a button. So much for doing e-brake maneuvers on the way back. Haha XD

My rental for the day. Cadillac XTS. Kind of nice. No where near the power of my car but it's comfortable and fairly ballsy. Put it in manual shift mode and use the paddle shifters and you can get more performance out of it. The suspension is very soft though. While you don't feel the bumps in the road like with a sports car, for some reason it transmits a lot of road noise. I was surprised. My Camaro is loud but not from road noise. It seems this thing makes you hear a lot more road noise even though it's got a mushy suspension setup. Power everything and memory for the settings. The mirrors auto adjust so you can see curbs and such when you shift into reverse. It's really big and it feels like it. Despite all the nice luxury features, I could never give my car up for it. No way.
My car is getting some stitching repaired on the magnetic seatbelt strap on the seat. ... more »

I can identify with this. =3 Ever help a bug out of a bad situation? You know what I'm talking about, and you know it feels good. :D

Cool video for a game. I wonder what the gameplay is like though.

Drive to Yellowstone on the way back from my road trip, with my GoPro and a group of others? It's a 10 hour detour. Y/N?

This is pretty damn cool. I was always into WWI and WWII aircraft. Cool story. :)

I slowed it down for you, +Stacie Daniels. I tried replacing the photo using the Picasa desktop application but it refused to work correctly. :( It kept reducing it to a single frame on upload.

Found this little guy (girl?) crawling up near the ceiling. But unlike you hate-filled jerks, I actually put it safely outside. =3

Auto Awesome wouldn't do it automatically, so I had to resort to Photoshop. :(

Oh, technology... What surprises do you have next?
From a 5 1/4" floppy holding 360kB to a tiny MicroSD card measuring in mere millimeters (and half as thick), with a capacity of 64gB, it's astounding to see how quickly things progress when driven by necessity.
Imagine if you could apply that to your own life--stop procrastinating and live life as if driven by the fire of necessity. You only have a short time to do what you want on this earth. :)

How in the hell do you get Auto Awesome to work? :(

Finally finished up the diffuser install. Yeah, I got a little booboo, so I figured it was excuse enough to get the part I wanted to get anyway. :) I love it. What do you think?

Anybody local have a GoPro I can borrow for a couple of days?

Oh my goodness I'm addicted to upgrades. I plan to upgrade the suspension next in my car, and I'm gonna be doing all the work myself. I love this stuff! :)
Sway bars, control arms and endlinks, trailing arms and tie rods, adjustable coilovers, and solid subframe bushings are in my eventual future. The coilovers should provide a huge improvement but they are by far the most expensive part. This thing's gonna be a beast. :D
FYI - Pfadt is pronounced "fot." ;)

This is pretty fantastic and amazing.
Over 300 cars that were all featured in Hot Rod Magazine all the way back since its inception in the late '40s.

This was in the garage as I left work today. While it's not quite the same shade of green as my car, he's certainly doing it right. :P I've always been a fan of these classic Porsches.
When I first saw it, I immediately thought '79, but I'm not 100% sure. Anybody have an idea what year this might be? It's late 70s to early 80s for sure.

I love finding pricing errors online. But this one has to be the craziest. Two different sites I found exhibit the same error, which is very, very odd.
http://www.crateenginedepot.com/Camaro-ZL1-Brembo-Front-Brake-Kit-22959672-P50815.aspx
http://www.crateenginedepot.com/Camaro-ZL1-Brembo-Rear-Brake-Kit-22989384-P50816C1009.aspx
Both of those are free, plus the price of shipping. Another site I found listed them for $0 as well but they're probably accessing from the same database. They're each close to 70lbs so the shipping for both comes to almost $90, but that's very worth it for two kits that run around $3200 each.
I ordered just for fun using Paypal. I'm sure they'll come back saying "sorry," but it's fun anyway. :D And hey, they might be like "SHIT! Our bad. Here, have a huge discount at least...?"
