Google first wrote these “10 things” several years ago.
I personally agree with every single one, although I could cite a few examples where they're not being applied, neither people in key positions being made accountable. But they are just a few, and taking into account the enormity of the task at hand, their integrity record is quite impressive. So far. Hope it lasts.

From time to time they revisit this list to see if it still holds true.
