So, I gave up smoking on Wednesday (20 a day habit) and bought a mountain bike Thursday...with the idea of going for a ride whenever I feel like a smoke.
So far, so good.
.....I'm wearing a nicotine patch to stave off the cravings.
So today I/we, +Nathanial Boersma and I, went and rode the Mt.Clay mountainbike track.
7.8 km's of singletrack which took us 43 minutes to complete.
We are aiming at dropping that down to a sub 25 minute loop within the next 10 weeks.

Anyone else into mountain biking?
Do you have a specific diet regime?
How often do you ride?

Cape Nelson lightstation, The 'lighthouse' was completed in 1884 and today offers accommodation in the Light Station Keepers Cottages.

The Cape Nelson lighthouse featured in the 2010 romantic drama South Solitary.
 The film provides good coverage of the interior of the lighthouse, cottage features and the landscape.

 The four extant  (Still in existence) species, together with the platypus, are the only surviving members of that order and are the only extant mammals that lay eggs.

Melin Llynnon

 or Llynnon Mill, is a gristmill (grinds grain into flour) located on the outskirts of the village of Llanddeusant on the island of Anglesey. It is the only surviving working windmill in Wales.
The mill was built for £550 in 1775 and was used to drive machines for grinding corn, oats and barley.
 Damaged by a storm in 1918, it remained deserted and unused until the local council restored it between 1978 and 1986.
