Max Huijgen46,779The 100 most relevant people on G+ you really should check out. It´s impossible to select the people which contributes most to my experience on G+ so I´ll let Google do the dirty work. These 98 people (and 2 pages I helped founding) are the most relevant ones according to Google´s circle sort so they deserve a spot in the Friday sun.  If you´re not in it, be assured I really enjoy your posts and/or comments. I meet a lot of great people here, but this self imposed limit to 100 is just to make it easier for others to circle the whole bunch and check them out.2013-06-21 19:32:111001221459

I even tossed in some Android app developers and ROM developers for good measure. It's going to be a fun filled next few weeks Android fans. With Android 4.3 speculations, a white/black Nexus 4, a possible Nexus 7 refresh, the Motorola X Phone, and an interesting Google 'media player' device. #sharedcircles   #circleshare  If you were notified, you're included! Richi Jennings35,347Sunday Circle Share... :: Hello to all the new Plussers I met last week (plus a few I reconnected with).Mainly, these folks are engagers, not passive consumers, so add them if you're looking for interesting conversations here on G+.Also, feel free to share this with your circles. Spread the love! (Or not, as you wish.)For the previous circle: plus.google.com/u/0/117220625678034723010/posts/8k9zberCjcj2013-04-06 23:46:4434129731
Max Huijgen41,136Europe calling: the old giant wakes up and calls on its peeps! A new circle of Europeans as I promised long ago to connect the people who responded and share them. See for the first shared circle this post https://plus.google.com/112352920206354603958/posts/PDUi13o9dB1The original post was shared 225 times. You can find it here:https://plus.google.com/112352920206354603958/posts/CdhmHGbYjgiPart 2 is still open and can be found here:https://plus.google.com/112352920206354603958/posts/NDAhG4fP2a7If you didn´t do so already, post there and as long as I have spots free, I will circle you as I want to see my streams come alive during European hours. There was a shared feeling that it would be great to get some attention from G+ for Europe with official hangouts from the community managers during European times, feature roll-outs from Google no longer restricted to the US, having some central point to share European circles and last but not least the desire to have hangouts without having to burn the midnight oil. To help solve this and get Europeans together on the same page I created +Europeans on G+  It already has multiple managers out of the community and that initiative recently span off +European Photo  but feel to offer a bit of your time for this community project. Circle the page if you didn´t already do so. We need more peeps from all over Europe to participate and enjoy G+I hope these posts can do the rounds through Europe and gets us firmly on the G+ map. So even if you´re not European yourself, but sympathize with the initiatives to form a community here, help spread the word and share it.And don´t forget: we all love the other continents and most of us have circles which encompass the whole world. So it´s not against others, but pro us :)2013-03-15 15:05:14291532076
Max Huijgen40,460100 Most relevant people on G+: interaction and lively threads guaranteed These folks are generated by the G+ ´relevant´ algorithm and will spice up your streams with great posts and mind challenging reactions on your contributions to G+. Circle them and see your streams come alive... My way to thank all of of you for making G+ such a great place.2013-02-21 22:14:1610059751
Meilani MacDonald9,454Small business networking circle.  This circle is made up of people who have expressed interest in the TGIF Business Networking Hangout.  Some of them have been guests on TGIF, many have been HOA participants in the peanut gallery, and some have interacted via comments even though they never came in.  They have all expressed interest in small business networking, and many provide valuable services or advice to small business owners. Some are way more active here on G+ than others, but hopefully they will be encouraged to join us here on the plus more often.Basically, it's just a nice circle to add and share with your business networking connections.  If you are not in this circle, but you are a small business owner or entrepreneur who adds this circle, please leave a comment below and introduce yourself and your biz - we are here to do some business networking after all :) #smallbusiness   #networking   #sharedcircles   #TGIF   #MeilaniM   #entrepreneurs   #business  2013-01-30 21:40:198522421

Amanda Blain2,251,868*500 People Who Hangout Circle*Anytime you see me having a hangout feel free to join in. We use webcam, voice and text chat... (Please get your webcam going though!) and join in the fun conversations. What do we talk about in these hangouts with strangers? Everything and nothing  We talk about todays current events, android vs apple, whats happening on Google+, the price of big macs in your local country, business networking,  tv shows, whatever you want to talk about... To the best of my ability everyone in this circles has personally hungout with me... and it was fun.. :)This circle is where I have made the most lasting connections on G+.... Meeting many of these people in real life since I met them in hangouts. I joined G+ Jun 29th, 2011. I hung out then and pretty much most days since. I was voted Google+ Hangout Queen this year :)I've seen amazing things in hangouts, Tours of far away countries, cooking classes, airplane trips, photowalks, concerts, language lessons, trivia nights, relationship advice, seeing famous landmarks, attending behind the scenes of tv shows, hangouts with famous celebrities, and countless late night and early morning hangouts with fabulous normal people from all parts of the world and right next door... TV shows have nothing on this. Countless experiences all without leaving my living room.If you want to try out hangouts on G+, ADD THIS CIRCLE and join one! These people will have hangouts that you should be able to see and join in on...   People in hangouts are usually really welcoming and nice.. so speak up.. say hi and join us.♥ ♥ Please feel free to share ♥ ♥ps. if you cant add the circle because google says you added too many today.. remove some of the people and try again... :)#googlehangout #hangout #sharedcircles  2012-11-16 03:28:4650010548170
Max Huijgen27,907A mystery shrouded in an enigma: My Top 99 circle These are the 99 users who are on top of my relevance list and I considered myself quite relevant to myself so I overruled Google there :)Many of these folks are engaging with me through posts or comments, but it´s still a surprise circle. Some people have a magic link thanks to Google´s relevancy algorithm which is a mystery shrouded in an enigma. If anyone has a clue what determines relevancy I would like to know. It´s clear that it´s something like ´interaction * no. of followers as I rarely comment on +Robert Scoble and vice versa. Most of the others are completely understandable, but then again some names are missing..I have removed some people who I know mostly through work related email or don´t post in English and added instead the profiles next in line. Want to create your own?► Click circles on the tab on the right► Make sure relevance is selected (default)► Select the top 99 users. (Drag a box around them)► Drag the whole group to "drop here to create new circle"► The new circle will open up. Make sure its 99 and adjust it if needed► Share it and use the hashtag #top99  and #sharedcircles  #top99   #sharedcircles   #sharedpubliccircles  +Shared Circles on G+  +Nothing but Circles  +Public Circles  +Full Circle  +CircleCount  If you got notified you are one of the 99.2012-07-25 23:37:0699109644
Craig Froehle4,629467 Plussers Well Worth FollowingSome curated recommendations to make your Tuesday a bit more interesting. I kept this circle largely free of celebrities, pages, and organizations, so these should (nearly) all be actual people. Enjoy!By the way, topic-wise, it's a bit of a potpourri, but with emphasis on technology, science, progressive politics, skepticism, and other fascinating things.Note that I don't always agree with everyone in this circle, so don't take this as an endorsement of their ideas...merely that they tend to be thoughtful when presenting them.2012-07-03 14:29:094671718
Kyle Beck66So, I know a lot of my friends who have joined +Google+ wonder "What's the point? I have a Facebook." Well that comparison was flawed from the beginning, although many people made it while trying to describe G+. There are similarities, but one of my favorite features in G+ has been the ability to share Circles with others. In fact I'm not sure I would see the point if I hadn't been shared this very circle by +Robert Scoble (IIRC) early on in my G+ membership. It has proven an invaluable source of up-to-the-minute Tech News over the past year and really showed me how G+ is very different from FB.See, when you visit FB the information you receive is solely from your family and real-life acquaintances. This can be great for keeping up with people you don't see regularly, etc., but it is very hard to reach out to new people who share your interests through FB. Not so on G+. You can create and share groups of friends and pages (Circles) to organize your social interests. In effect, this creates dynamic communities where you can choose who you interact with.Anyways, I hope you will consider adding this Circle, packed full of Tech Enthusiasts. If you don't really use G+ or wonder what the point is, that goes double for you!2012-06-30 00:28:364881003

Karl Hughes7,360Geeks, Designers, and Interesting PeopleThis is my most watched circle, so I figured I would share.  These people tend to post the stuff that I read and respond to most often, so if you like technology, you should add them.Enjoy!2012-06-13 14:22:22446124
Sebastian Hiernaux1,505Ever since a popular G member added me to a circle he later shared I have seen my followers grow 100x ... so I'm now doing the same thing.Yesterday I read an article that indicated that G+ gets really interested when your followers reach around 300 ... so I want to help other people enjoy this network as much as I do by sharing and hoping you add them to your circles. This circle I am sharing is full of funny and interesting people... its my "personal favorites" circle.Hope you find it useful...2012-06-05 16:00:01362516
Max Huijgen24,852Europe calling: the old giant wakes up and calls on its peeps! Part IIAccording to the latest figures 426.9 million Europeans now use the InternetThere is a is feeling that it would be great to get some attention from G+ for Europe with official hangouts from the community managers during European times, feature roll-outs from Google no longer restricted to the US, and last but not least the desire to have hangouts and interaction without having to burn the midnight oil. To help solve this and get Europeans together on the same page I created +Europeans on G+  It already has four managers out of the community but feel to offer a bit of your time if you want to contribute. Circle the page if you didn´t already do so. I also organized a "I will circle you" project. If people commented that they came from Europe I would circle them instead of the other way. The intention was to share this circle back to the community and the first circle of 500 went out. You can find them here https://plus.google.com/112352920206354603958/posts/PDUi13o9dB1Now as promised it´s time for round 2: 300 people and a few European pages. Some very well known, some relatively unknown, but all certified active posters from Europe who will spice up your streams during European hours.Check them out and please share the circle as the intention is to get much more Europeans united!if you were left out while you signed up: my excuses as it´s a tedious job to manage all these circles. I checked all but I am only human :)2012-06-01 14:51:14301843557
Kevin Medeiros3,101Yeah yeah, this is a huge circle to share. These guys and girls are a bunch of geeks. Geeks of what type you might ask? Well, of all sorts..you'll just have to find out. I've gone through and weeded out some of the inactive users myself in order to stay under the 500 person limit. These guys make up a big portion of my stream and never fail to keep me informed about awesome shit. You may also be asking why I didn't sort them out into sub-geek categories? The answer to that is because I'm not your damn secretary :-)Just check'em out :)2012-05-26 19:20:2947711714

Robert Scoble1,146,151Here are 500 of my favorite Tech Journalists, bloggers, and pundits. I'm sharing this since I am seeing lots of new people coming over and I'm sure they are looking for some great people to circle here. Unfortunately I can't share everyone that I have in this circle (I have 575 in this circle on my screen, but Google+ only lets me share 500 with you). Lots of interesting tech bloggers and journalists here. Hope you enjoy. This is the circle that starts my morning every day.Speaking of Tech News, I'm off to +VMware. They are announcing new Cloud Foundry stuff this morning. So, you'll probably see some tech news from the folks in this circle.2012-04-11 16:01:035005737104

Meilani MacDonald1,136So you wanna hangout?I love the hangouts feature and am always looking for more resources of where to find good hangouts, especially ones oriented to business networking. Lo and behold, today I found a shared circle called "great people to hangout with." I added them all to the Hangout circle I already had going, and now I'm going to pass it along . I'm sorry to not post the credit where I found the circle I added today, but I could not find it again. If you want engagement, remember just adding people to your circles in hopes they will add you back isn't enough. Those with the most engagement are themselves engaging, posting and replying in comments. So be engaging :)2012-03-23 21:53:31253554
Kevin Medeiros2,549This is my circle of geeks. Definitely an active circle that share geeky shit that "others" may not understand, but you do, right?Circle them if you want instant fun. Sebastian Hiernaux0Interesting Plusers CircleI usually don´t share my circles but this one contains around 200 people that I consider to be interesting, funny or both. Most speak English but there are a few Spanish speaking users in there as well. The interesting part is I know none of them personally (those would go in my friends or colleague circles) but are still interesting enough to follow.Hope you find them as interesting as me :)2012-03-21 22:22:07190217

Mohammad Rahimi599It is always a #pleasure to help others. This can be #helping them with answering to their questions, solving their issues, or suggesting some friends so they can increase their friends and more. I figured out #circle #sharing is a great thing that #Google #Plus has. Some one does the job and #categorize the #individuals in different circle and share it with friends. I have this #circle of 500 people in case you are interested to add them.2012-03-11 05:21:16500201
Susanne Ramharter3,133Fridays are for sharing circlesto the new people who have put me in their circles: many thanks! Some of you I have already had contact with, to the rest, I would like to reciprocate with this circle. It is hand-picked, and contains people who are funny, intelligent, knowledgeable, and engaged. You will find information about social media, google+, as well as cognitive science, books, travel and art, some agitation against encroaching on civil liberties (SOPA, ACTA, censorship - mostly from me ;-) inspirational as well as snarky things, and yes, the occasional cat. But everyone here is friendly and has great things to contribute, so feel free to share the circle if you like.Have fun!2012-03-09 15:46:5631329719

Lambert Schlumpf874Circle Shareee! The Interactive CircleI modified a bit the circle shared by +Max Huijgen yesterday afternoon (GMT): few people have been removed because their posts attract thousands of comments and you wouldn't get replies anyway. Plus, I am sure you have already in your circles people like +Trey Ratcliff, +Tom Anderson or +Mike Elgan.I added instead few others who I reckon are more interactive, In the meaning that if you post a direct comment to the author you are very likely going to receive a reply, which is always nice: They are people like +Christy Ramsey, +Paul van de Loo, +Clare Cosgrove, +Yvan Da Silva and others. Some of them are not very famous, but oh, well... they interact! Here the original post, via +Max Huijgen Out of the box into a circle: change your G+ world!http://j.mp/z4s0ZH2012-02-26 09:21:182021508
Max Huijgen13,212Out of the box into a circle: change your G+ world! The pegs and the holes, the ones who think different, the people who will change your G+ worldA careful selection on relevance, great posts, contributions to debate, original thought and stunning images. If you follow this circle of 200, G+ will never be boring and you are in for a stream of thoughts and beauty. The familiar faces show up, but it contains a large number of hidden gems if you dig deeper. As a circle needs a name: "Think different: the interaction circle" will do very well.Update: The most interesting part is that the circle is part of some experiments: one of them is the daily update. A way to ´subscribe´ to a circle by reading all the post at your leisure. Every day you will see the complete collection on this url:http://publiccircles.appspot.com/dailyplus/z12luh3hjsngtd04y04cetehsvf0x3nbtmc0kOn a dull Saturday this circle managed to create 780 posts and generate 7093 comments, 4842 reshares and 16074 +1's. Check it on a week day and that page will be living proof that G+ is not dead at all. This circle alone generates more posts and comments than you can possibly read on a day. Oh yes, that´s why it´s called the interaction circle ;)2012-02-24 22:38:5920015310285

Absolutely historic! USA to lift embargoes on Cuba! Next week +Barack Obama should announce the lifting of sanctions against North Korea! Sure the Republican cry babies in congress don't agree with neither, to prevent Republican intervention, Cuba should demonstrate willingness to drastically change its policies, allow full free speech, open travel restrictions for Cubans to get out, open commerce by Cubans with the USA and with the world. #HoppSuisse

Well done Seth Rogen, you got the US president retaliating against North Korea because of the panic your film has created in Hollywood.

Imagine the kinds of Hollywood secrets Sony executives think are worth cancelling the release of the film for to hope that these hackers won't leak!

Hopefully +Barack Obama is on a roll, I think he should:
- December 25th: Visit North Korea and open embassy there, say he wants to lift embargoes against North Korea in exchange North Korea accepts to give up all nuclear weapons (merry Christmas!) NK also agrees to let Sony release The Interview as side-benefit, Obama and Jung-Un sit and laugh together at the movie on Christmas in Pyongyang.
- January 1st: Visit Iran and announce better relations with Iran in exchange Iran accepts to abandon pursuit of all nuclear weapons and collaboration in stopping all terrorism in the region including to work together to fix Iraq and Syria (happy new year!)
- January 3rd: Close Guantanamo send all the remaining prisoners to  face fair trials in Denmark or wherever (welcome new US congress!)

- January 14th: Fix the Congo somehow.
- January 20th: Visit China, convince China to disable their chinese firewall, further open up business relationships between the USA and China.
- January 24th: +Barack Obama executive order to legalize Uber, +Airbnb and +thepiratebay.
- January 31st: +Barack Obama makes speech and executive order to end the war on drugs, legalize/tax/manage drugs in the USA overnight, instantly dismantle most drug trafficking problems worldwide.

Etc. The Presient of the USA has big powers regardless what congress wants to do, +Barack Obama hopefully wants to make many things happen in the last two years of his presidency. If he does all these things right, and that natural and logaical developments also force the Republican congress to approve of everything that he does, it will also help to make sure a Democrat also wins the 2016 presidency.___

Ahahaha, what a great Hollywood story The Interview is getting the biggest possible hype boost. Any cinema that dares to show it is going to have absolutely record box office ticket sales, the movie has become an absolute Must See, let's just hope it's the best Seth Rogen James Franco film yet! They managed to scare Hollywood to its knees! Hollywood and MPAA is so afraid that people will realize how big of a scam they are!

I honestly prefer my Huawei Mate 7 over the Note 4 that I am also testing. Though I look forward to try Gear VR with Note 4, I hope it may be possible to remove the 5-min limit on 4K video in Note4. But for now I really prefee to use Mate7, I wish I had the 3GB RAM dual-sim more storage version of Mate7, cause I'm too soon out of built-in storage. So get a 64GB Samsung EVO microSD for $30 no matter what. I don't know about Nexus 6, I think like Note4 it's probably too overpriced, though I wish Mate7 was 50% cheaper then I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE !!
Ok, less drama now.
I'm trying to decide which phone to jump to. I currently have a #Samsung #Note 3 , I also owned the original N1 so I understand the Nexus experience.
Which Phone Should I BUY??
Any hands on experience would be appreciated.

Uber gets another $600 Million (at $40 Billion valuation?) from Baidu to accelerate the take over of China, the world's biggest potential market for ridesharing. After Alibaba and Tencent invested about the same (or even more) in Chinese ridesharing apps Didi Dache and Kuaidi Dache. Alibaba and Tencent have been subsidizing the rides, giving away discounted rides for months (and may still be doing so) just to try to gain market share and sign as many people up to their online payment wallets as possible. Uber is the underdog in China, and it's going to be fun to see how +travis kalanick is going to be trying to take the Chinese market. Promising 100% of payments to drivers is a good start.

Hey +Google, chip in $2 Million or 3-4 engineers for a couple of weeks and develop an app to solve homelessness worldwide. Sort of an Airbnb for shelter, food, jobs, and then distribute $20 Android phone to all the homeless people (they can pay you back later, or consider it a little PR expense). Also talk with any data service carrier to provide them with free SIM card data service, at least free for basic important things.

Google, the app should work like this:

Hey +Google, chip in $2 Million or 3-4 engineers for a couple of weeks and develop an app to solve homelessness worldwide. Sort of an Airbnb for shelter, food, jobs, and then distribute $20 Android phone to all the homeless people (they can pay you back later, or consider it a little PR expense). Also talk with any data service carrier to provide them with free SIM card data service, at least free for basic important things.

Google, the app should work like this:

For shelter:
- Homeless people should be able to see where to find shelter for the night, for a longer period.
- People who have empty unused rooms, empty unused apartments, halls, any usable shelter (even some floors in an office building) can contribute such free shelter on the app to make sure there is enough shelter for everyone needing it in any city.

For food:
- Homeless people should be able to see where to find free food.
- People with food, including restaurants with unsold foods etc can add food to the system.

For jobs:
- Homeless people can find a job, any job on the app
- Anyone with any jobs can add them to the app, payment can happen cashless through the app to be used for currency for shelter and food.

Google should provide that app not just for San Francisco, but for fixing the homeless problem in every city in the world. And together with local governments in every city in the world, Google should help at getting those $20 Android smartphones with free SIM card to every homeless person in the world.

I sent this suggestion yesterday to France's Digital Economy minister who gave his gmail out at +LeWeb___

Nokia here maps finally available on any Android device (not just Nokia X) here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.here.app.maps

See my video with the Nokia Here Maps guys below. I think it's probably going to be hard to make maps to compete with the giant resources of Google, not just all the streetview mapping, satellite mapping, but all the usage of Google Maps probably drives a big part of its accuracy and efficiency.

+travis kalanick gives a great pitch about +Uber, within 16 months it'll have 45 thousand drivers taking half a million cars off London roads? Within 2-3 years most roads and car parks in most major cities around the world will be dramatically less congested thanks to +Uber? I like big and bold changes thanks to technology! I am most enthusiastic to see Uber Pooling work (to cut costs more than 50% on rides taking less than 2 minutes extra per ride picking more passengers up going in the same direction). I am also very excited to see Uber Pop work where everyone with a car can start giving people rides in the same direction they are going anyway. Taking 20% on every ride for +Uber, I guess also it's good business.

I'm in Marrakech, there's about 500 guys walking in the streets and selling Samsung and iPhone clones to tourists and to locals, the first price they mention (before you can negociate) is 250€. For a Samsung clone that probably costs less than $50 out of the Shenzhen factory. Everything is MediaTek. This probably shows how there's probably a thousand cities around the world where these clones are broadly available and probably have a dominating market share against the branded high-end.

+Uber can require a $200 or $500 upfront payment for new unverified users in Portland and then just confiscate that fee when it turns out to be a snitch for the local Government, and +Uber can thus pay all the driver fines directly or just take care of delaying those through class action lawsuit and through appeals court. Within a month or two they become unstoppable in any city that wants to make it illegal to rideshare.

It seems though that http://youtube.com/editor doesn't support 4K rendering yet (meaning that when someone tries to join/split 4K videos with YouTube editor, it outputs only a 1080p maximum file? Can someone please report this to Google? Otherwise perhaps there would be a camera to offer native 4K H265 in-camera basic join/split editing, perhaps even also with support to automatically add intros, outros, overlay transparent watermark branding (even animated watermark branding). Dual SD card recording for backup (when SD cards break, which has happened too often for me). It would also really be nice to know if YouTube works in 4K on Android, thus on Android TV, thus on RK3288, A80, S812, K1, RTD1995, 9180D, 3798M, STiH412, S810, 5433 and more!___

Google Glass isn't dead. Tech bubble people don't know what they are talking about. Who cares which app goes temporarily unavailable while only few hundred developers yet have the early dev kit (Glass Explorer is just a development kit, stop talking about it as the product). And the components such as Microdisplay etc will not be mass manufactured until a company like Google invests the hundreds of millions of dollars required to get them mass produced. I expect Google to release Glass to mass market at about $299 at some point in 2015, and the apps will follow. It really isn't a question about developing better hardware or better UI or apps, it's only about when Google decides to put the money forward to mass produce the first commercial version, or of course Android partners Samsung/LG/Huawei/ZTE/HTC/Sony/Acer/Asus/etc all are also welcome to put that money upfront themselves before... more »

I think that the risk is very low, whatever amount they invest if BOM remains below $300, any company who starts manufacturing Glass will easily be able to sell out of stock quickly. So I would expect someone to start mass manufacturing them sooner rather than later.___

Is Uber growing 10% per month? Uber is already in most major cities in the world? Regulations can't possibly keep up with the +Uber  revolution, Taxi medallion prices are plummeting, if any city tries to make it illegal, like in Berlin or Geneva, Uber actually doesn't care and just keeps on doing it and the consumer satisfaction is huge.

Would I like to see alternatives flourish? For sure! When I'm in the Silicon Valley, I only use +Lyft. Where's Google's Own Carpooling/Ridesharing add-on (evt they can acquire Lyft and rename it lift.google.com) to all Google Maps by default with nearer 100% of revenue distributed to the drivers because Google shouldn't be taking a share in driver revenue/tips except perhaps credit card processing fee.

- Announce Google Fiber in two dozen European cities. Make numbers work, installation costs are below $500 per home. Clearly announce yourself as "utility" you will let anyone else offer services on the Fiber that you simply help finance the installation for. Announe your plan is to offer 1gbit/s symmetrical Fiber to 12 million European homes in 2015, in the first year.

- Announce major Balloons and White Spaces projects to connect all of Europe to new generation WiFi on stereoids during 2015, this means broadband everywhere in Europe, even in remote areas, and this means a new lower cost competitor to LTE even for densely populated areas of Europe.

- Provide sub-100€ Chromebooks to ever European school student from 1st Quarter of 2015. Make those "as good as 1000€ Macbooks" make this your official slogan to promote the Chromebook in Europe!  Basically you say it like this: "Sub-100€ Chromebooks, as good as 1000€ Macbooks, with 10+ hour battery life" available to all students and to all in Europe.

- Provide sub-50€ Android Phones and Tablets "as good as iPhones" to everyone in Europe, also starting 1st Quarter 2015, basically this is Android One for Europe! Make it extremely clear that Android is 100% open source, and 100% free to any company using Android. Even state this, any European company will be allowed to get dailies of the Android development direcly out of the Google office. Basically announce it clearly that all future Android development will be 100% free and 100% open source, as a new thing, developed in the open from now, thanks to Europe.

- Continue digitizing all European books, make them all available for free for all students in Europe through Google Books, also make them all available for free for everyone in Europe. Keep pushing this forward. Even suggest multiple billion € per year for funding writers (perhaps even through publishers) by setting up ways to monetize Google Books through subscriptions which whole countries can subscribe to through taxes, you promise that 100% of the money collected goes to living writers and to fund them writing more. Make this a new major way to fund European culture.

- Invest 10€ Millions per year minimum for start-up accelerators in two dozen of the major European cities. Announce you will have your people supporting the start-ups in all of those. And that you will never demand preferential/voting shares in any of the startups that come out of it. Basically try to help fund two dozen Silicon Valley alternatives in Europe.

- Provide Google Self-driving car technology for free to use for any European car maker, make it available today. Say you want at least 1000 of your self-driving cars in every of the top-50 major European cities before the end of 2015.

- Announce that you will fund a dozen new Google X centers all over Europe, to use European researchers and fund their new moonshot ideas and to launch at least a dozen to the market each year.

- Announce 5€ Billion per year in 2015 up to 10€ Billion in 2016 to be paid out to European content makers on YouTube. Monetization will be done through smart referals to e-commerce and through new ads-free YouTube subscription plans.

- Launch Airbnb and Uber alternatives hosted on Google Maps  to cover the whole of Europe and where you announce that 100% of the transactions are paid out to the hosts and drivers, where you take no cut.

- Launch a 100% free payments alternative to Paypal and credit cards. Inspired by Bitcoin and MCX, Google Payments should be offered to all Europeans at no cost, offer anyone in Europe get paid or pay with no payments processing fee.___

Photoshop and Skype pretty much working on Chrome OS. I think Adobe should offer on-demand access, some would not mind paying something like $1 a 1-hour session or something like that, to only use it once in a while.

$40 Billion Uber valuation creates jealousy among investors who didn't get in on the action early, I suspect they are the ones spreading FUD these days against Uber in tech bubble media.
