About 14 years ago, I got a bad cold, and my voice became hoarse. At the time I didn’t think much about it. But my voice never fully recovered. So I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with left vocal cord paralysis. This is a nerve problem that causes your left vocal cord to not move properly. Despite extensive examination, the doctors never identified a cause — though there was speculation of virus-based damage from my cold. It is quite common in cases like these that a definitive cause is not found.
While this condition never really affected me — other than having a slightly weaker voice than normal which some people think sounded a little funny — it naturally raised questions in my mind about my second vocal cord. But I was told that sequential paralysis of one vocal cord following another is extremely rare.

This is how it works: You don't like A&F's take on pretty, thin people and their store policies? Put your money -- or your former clothes -- where your mouth is.
Give your A&F clothes to the homeless. If you have the cash, raid your local goodwill and take all of the A&F stuff off the shelf. Proceed to take those articles of clothing to your local homeless shelter.
The homeless will get warm clothes (or cool clothes as the time of year requires) and A&F gets a kick to the face at the same time.
I'm not really big on social networking schemes. I'm definitely not one for general viral videos, unless I feel it has a real meaning to it. I'm usually not one to take part in revenge tactics.

I am posting this in memory of him. He was 4 years old when he died after a long and arduous battle with cancer on this day in 2012.

FABULOUS WOMEN ON G+ Part 1 of 4
My goal was to crowd-source a list of women on Google+. I had originally expected maybe 50 names. Much to my surprise and , I received over 400+ comments filled with love and positive energy to help curate this list of well over 1310 beautiful people. I would say this was a success and now I'm sharing with everyone (this is shared public too).

Medicaid question:
If I make up a session on the same day that I see a child normally (so I see the child twice on the same day), and make up an individual session. Can I bill for individual or do I have to bill for a group session?

Google Glass
I'm not sure I agree with all the hype surrounding it. Maybe that's because I haven't had the good fortune of trying it yet. I just feel like it will lead people to being hyperconnected. I know they say it makes the user more "social" because the user isn't looking at the phone the whole time. Sure, the users aren't looking at their phones, but they're not really paying attention to the people in real life that they encounter, either.
