How do you capture the wind which is invisible? By long exposure, naturally.
This is an aerial view of the Ma On Shan Promenade. You should recognise it by now by the oh-so-lovely blue jogging trail. Everything is at a stand still, but by using the ND filter and expose for eight full seconds under bright day light, all of a sudden you noticed the invisible wind because the trees wiggle to a blur, and in turn reveal the very defined architectural patterns on the floor.
A baby stroller walked by on the pavement within this capture, but you do not see it, because it has only registered very few pixels.
ND is useful in more ways then I imagined. Sweet.
