Finally bought a seedbox at Bytesized. Prices and services are really interesting, and an acquaintance of mine has been using it for 3 years and still happy with it :)
I'm gonna use it for BitSpyder first (their server in Kuala Lumpur is blocking my ip :( ), and will move a few other trackers as well, but still use my home computer for the rest (2Tb seedboxes are expensives ^^).
If you want to invest in a seedbox, I recommend to have a look! And you can help me get up to 20% discount by using my referral: https://bytesized-hosting.com/users/new?username=Fandekasp :)

Titanic: Machine Learning from Disaster
Very interesting challenge, ideal starting place for people who may not have a lot of experience in data science and machine learning.
There are 11 months left to work on it, so if you're interested by those kind of problems, go for it (and let me know, in case we can work on it together :) )

This talk is quite old (2007) for a game that came to life in 2008.
But it's still totally awesome, and I'm gonna play this game really soon !

Quite impressive, robots achieving a humanness rating of 52 when actual humans rate 42 on the Turing test.

Memrise
Very nice-looking website to learn languages.
You're growing seeds and watering plants in your garden (plants=word, garden=brain).
Words are learnt with reading, listening and answering questions. And you feel like playing a game :)
Very efficient, give it a try !

A lot of people added me to their circles so I think we should try and do something fun. Let's see if this will work. I will make one application that gets highest vote count. Please suggest and commend on original (this) post. Feel free (and encouraged) to share and include your friends.
Okay, rules:
1. No tasks/todo applications. Plenty of those out there;
2. If you suggested it first, you get to name it;
3. Has to be reasonable in size. I don't feel like programming AutoCAD;
4. Game and all the assets will be open source;
5. I get to choose the language;
Be creative, challenge me and most importantly have fun! :D

1366x768 is now the most used screen resolution on the internet, according to statcounter !
I've been using 1920x1200 and 1920x1080 for years now, I could never use a 1366x768 resolution again ^^
Weird though that 1600x1200 isn't listed, I'd assume it's quite popular as well

AWS Webinar on SWF, Thursday, April 19, 2012 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM PDT
This new service gives you the ability to build and run distributed, fault-tolerant applications that span multiple systems (cloud-based, on-premise, or both). Amazon Simple Workflow coordinates the flow of synchronous or asynchronous tasks (logical application steps) so that you can focus on your business and your application instead of having to worry about the infrastructure.
Introduction to SWF here: http://bit.ly/IfoE2R

If you never heard about it and love solving difficult analytic / statistical problems with nice bounties, you should better look at it !
