But what is your goal as an artist? Selling records, books and paintings? Or to be read, listened to and admired? Hopefully, money put aside, you would choose the second. Discs and books are only physical mediums that allow you to broadcast your art.

I'm mad @ +TuneCore tonite!
Just got this email, as the 2 albums I pushed to +Google Play are still unavailable in Europe:
[...] we are not currently distributing to Google Play outside the US. We are working with Google to allow for distribution to other countries like Europe but for now we are not.
&
[...] we are currently working with Google to make sure music delivered to Google Play does appear in their European territories. I do not have an estimated date for when this will occur yet, but please feel free to contact us in a few weeks to ask for an update.
Google Ply support told me it was just some metadata to change to allow URLs to appear... I might understand that some BackOffice changes might be needed too... and even paying a new fee for more countries...
But, why take so long?

_The Cantina segment was enhanced by composer John Williams' jazz instrumentals, featured on the soundtrack album as "Cantina Band" and "Cantina Band #2". The score reflects Williams' interest in jazz from the 1950s; the composer later cited his intention to invoke kind of a "1940s feel" for the scene, sounding "both alien and yet familiar at the same time."
