20,000 Google+ Followers Because Google+ Rocks!

Just a little more than a month after reaching 10,000 followers on Google+, I surpassed 20,000 this past Monday! I seriously can't believe all of you'd enjoy seeing all of my posts in your Stream. :P

I mean if you think about it I have a bigger population of followers than every high school and more than many universities. I'm not a celebrity either, but because of how Google+ is built, it allows for the "little guys" like myself, +Denis Labelle (313,000), +Jesse Wojdylo (61,000), +Sean Grace (56,000), and +Mark Traphagen (51,000) to make a name for ourselves. If you look at the number of followers we all have on Twitter, it wouldn't even come close to meeting the 20,000 I have on Google+.

White +Nexus 4 on Sale in the +Google Play Store

When logging into Google Play, you are met with a new banner letting you know that you can now buy a white Nexus 4. Along with the new Nexus 4, they are also giving every buyer a free white bumper to go along with it.

I have to admit, the white Nexus 4 looks really good! They probably should have made pieces of the front white too since you can't tell the difference if you use a case.

11 Yr Old Kid From Orlando Can Ball!

Although this 11 year old is still in 5th grade, he is playing against high school players and playing them well! He led all Florida high school players in assists. I can't wait to see what he's like in college and most likely the NBA!

Whether you are going to watch Google I/O in-person or live-streaming, this app is the best way to keep with your favorite tech event.

New Google+ Hangouts Logo Spotted

The Google+ team recently gave the Google+ Hangouts logo an updated look. It has yet to rollout to all of Google+ (i.e. the navigation ribbon on both mobile and desktop versions of the social media network), but this doesn't appear to be a test.

Harry Potter & Theme Park Fans Rejoice!

It's official! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter area in the Islands of Adventure theme park will be expanded in to the Universal Studios theme park next door via the "Hogwarts Express."

With Hogsmead and Hogwarts already at the Islands of Adventure, the Universal Orlando Resort will be adding Diagon Alley and London at Universal Studios. The two parks will be connected by Hogwarts Express. It's rumored also that they ride in the new area will be an indoor roller coaster of Gringotts Bank.

It's all going to open next year some time, and I for one and really excited to experience it! :)

Breaking 10,000

Over the weekend, I broke the big 10,000 followers mark! That is truly amazing to say. It is an honor that so many of you feel as though I add value to your Google+ Stream. Thank you to all of you! Special thank you to those that have helped me along the way including +Denis Labelle, +Mark Traphagen, and +Jesse Wojdylo.

This has truly been an amazing experience so far. Google+ has allowed me to meet and engage with many people in a way that I was never been able to before. I've began creating some valuable relationships all across the globe.
