彰化市中正路與中民路口（全國電子＆85度c前），有個近90歲的阿嬤，阿嬤本身有白內障視力不好又駝背。住的地方是租的，每天不管颳風下雨都會推著一台四輪推車撿回收維持生計，好的時候撿一天可賺到一個便當錢50元。
近日看到她邊撿回收兼著賣菜，坐了大半天也沒見到半個客人光顧，跟朋友跑去給阿嬤捧場，才發現ㄚ嬤菜賣的好便宜，一大把的地瓜葉才賣10塊，10條大紅蘿蔔才賣70，重點是ㄚ嬤的菜都很新鮮，都是當日摘來賣的，一把的量比市場還多又便宜，若您或朋友從那經過看到時，請幫幫忙買阿嬤一點菜，讓阿嬤可以少受些風吹日曬雨淋早點休息，謝謝您的愛心！

惠明學校是台灣唯一的私立特殊教育學校，栽培很多具音樂專長學生，惠明學校的前身惠明盲校，1956年創立時收了13名盲生，歷經57年經營，目前服務對象達176人（含教養院），其中128位學生是重度和極重度障礙，這些原被認為不需要接受教育的族群，在惠明他們可以接受生活自理的教導和基本認知，施以適性之教育與訓練，不單是幫助他們學習獨立生活技能，也減輕許多家庭日後照顧的負擔。該校曾培育出多名優秀身心障礙學生，例如知名的紀錄片「黑暗中追夢」的三位主角中，呂文貴、林偉智等二人就是惠明學校的學生。
但學校卻面臨認養人嚴重不足，經費一直處於困窘狀態，有人勸惠明向國外尋求資源，校長賴弘毅卻說：「台灣的囝仔，我們自己要承擔照顧責任。」
校方的認養計畫是每月五百元，或半年三千元、一年六千元，就能幫助一個孩子在惠明學校快樂學習與成長。如果你也願意盡一份力，我相信就算是100元或幫忙轉貼，都是為這些孩子們製造光明的未來，謝謝您！

3 Americans were killed in Boston and the whole world knew about them.
Thousands are tortured, massacred and murdered every single day all over the world in Burma, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan , Pakistan and Syria ... Well most of the victims are Muslims ... So who cares
Just one example in Iraq, since 2003 half a million Iraqi CHILDREN were killed, that's 50000 per year, that's 1037 per day, that's like 45 Boston massacres per day in Iraq for a whole decade, 1 child is killed every half hour !!!!!
But who cares !!

林杰樑是腎臟科醫生，很多中毒的人都要洗腎，他才開始學毒物。毒物學在國內醫療體系是冷門科目，但在林杰樑眼中，卻是能救人無數的重要科目：「我當腎臟科教授，只能照顧腎臟病人，但只要我發現一種毒素會影響健康，救的人是千千萬萬，連健康的人也能照顧到。」
【林杰樑的10點健康吃法！】
1.避免醃製品、油炸與加工食物。少鹽少糖少油。
我認為不是少油，而是要少吃壞油、多吃好油。
苦茶油裡面的多酚具有保護肝腎的效果，是我認為全世界最好的食用油。壞油包括氫化油(最惡劣的油)、氧化油(放太久和超過冒煙點的油)、精製油、殘留化學溶劑的油、原料發霉的油、回鍋油、餿水油。
2.魚要吃巴掌以下的小型魚，因大魚吃多了小魚，也會在體內累積毒素。盡量吃海魚，不吃魚頭及內臟，每週吃四兩 。
如果能吃到經過檢驗的魚更好，目前越來越多的商店有賣無毒的魚，價錢有慢慢在降，逐漸普及。
3.食物以水煮或清蒸烹調，微波爐也可使用，如此食物不會變質，營養流失最少。
但是微波爐我不建議使用，我做過人體實驗，發現食物與中藥湯經過微波之後，對敏感的人，會產生不適的症狀。
4.盡量避免使用釀造醬油，因為少數醬油公司在釀造過程中可能產生黃麴毒素污染。
化學醬油也很危險，會有鹽酸的衍生物。我認為釀造醬油只要經過黃麴毒素檢驗，過關就可以用，可惜全台灣目前有在驗黃麴毒素的醬油廠商可謂是鳳毛麟角。
5.台灣潮濕炎熱，食物容易發霉及產生黃麴毒素，五穀雜糧、麵條、冬粉、中藥需放在冰箱保存，一旦發霉立即丟棄。
而且我發現很多人熬煮的四神湯，其實薏仁已經變味。中藥店很多中藥都放在藥櫃裡，有發霉之虞。我在美國診所所使用的中藥是真空包裝，而且空氣乾燥，不容易發... more »

Mexico’s Hidden Beach at Marieta Islands
Located in the mouth of Banderas Bay are the beautiful Las Marietas Islands, about 22 nautical miles west of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Formed by volcanic activity over thousands of years, the islands are a nationally protected bird sanctuary, also providing shelter for countless marine species.
After years of scientific research and an intensive effort to legally protect this archipelago, first championed by Jacques Cousteau, it was finally pronounced a national park, Parque Nacional Islas Marietas, in 2005. The park spans almost 1,400 hectares.

Myoe Win Aun
Chinese painter, was born in 1972 in Yangon and studied under several masters, including U Lun Gywe. She began painting in 1989 and graduated from the State School of Fine Arts in 1992. He now works full time as an artist. Like most of the artists in Burma today, religious life and Buddhism have great influence on his artistic expression. Rangoon has regular shows and has exhibited in Mexico (1995, 1997, 1998, 1999).
