I want to share this circle forward, because I see a lot of good people in it... people that are engagers, helpful, creative, very much worth following and knowing.
I do want to add a blip, though, for anyone who is new to Google+. It's easy to get wrapped up in the numbers game, where you are trying to add people in hopes that you will get more followers in return.
There is nothing wrong with expanding your network, but don't lose sight of the fact that you can build circles that are based on your particular interests. If you really want to build a community, don't just add these circles. Read the streams, learn what people are about, find some way to organize them so that you are seeing posts that are relevant to you, and sharing posts with those who have something in common with you.
It may seem like there is less of an opportunity for those who are coming in 'late in the game', but any true community starts with a few real connections and grows from there.
Having said all that, this circle is still a great starting point.
