What have you done about it?

This is what I have done, over time, to limit the risk. And you may consider doing the same:

1) The bot attack look for common usernames like admin and then try and guess the password. You can easily kill your admin username and create another administrator username that's not admin. 

2) You should create long and difficult passwords. I use the free version of https://lastpass.com/ and their Chrome extension. BTW: I changed all passwords on my CPanel as well.

3) I installed Wordfence Security http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordfence/. It's a cool plugin with various options. I scanned through my multisite install and found a few problems like Timthumb Vulnerability - outdated code. This plugin will fix it butTim... more »

My new project is to make lacto fermented berries

I like berries but try to eliminate sugar - therefore the fermentation. I also like the antioxidants from berries. I started drinking a lot of Cacao as it's high in anti oxidants - apparently - but it kept me awake http://www.highonhealth.org/is-cacao-good-or-bad/

The Real Bad Health Cause: Is It Sugar Or Salt 

I have been told by clever guys to reduce my salt consumption. 

I have never been told to reduce my sugar consumption. 

When I am diagnosed with heart diseases they ask me about my salt habits. Never my sugar/starch habits.

I am not told that sugar and refined carbohydrates raise my insulin levels, which in turn raise my blood pressure and promote storage of body fat, obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Dr Mercola

If this is true then why am I asked about my bad salt habits.

Today I went for an assessment at my medical fund. They determined my age on various factors including my intake of full cream milk, salt intake, fatty meat (all negative factors according to this so called forward thinking company):

There's Something Special About This TaskForce Google Apps Organiser

1) Converting my emails to tasks. It may sound like an obvious function but is it?

2) Ensuring tasks are my focus. None intrusive but it gets it done.

3) Delay tasks that can wait till later. Can you believe this cool function?

4) Share tasks with anyone even if they don't use gmail.

5) I can collaborate via tasks; Taskforce updates collaborators on each other's progress with a task....even if you don't have TaskForce.

6) I don't know everything about Taskforce http://www.taskforceapp.com/ but there is more and I am looking forward to learning more about it.

7) I am not even getting paid to share this. ;-) I just like the app and the app is free for the non pro version. I am on the non pro for now.

Fermented small tomatoes and garlic

What I like about fermented garlic is the fact that the pong is removed and the garlic becomes edible when fermented.

When you add tomatoes to the mix  the brine after fermentation is lovely in salads.

Here's a young batch just before I release some gas from it.

As the weather change from one season to another we have great days. Most of the rush hour holiday makers have left to go and chase the money making machinery around the world.

While we prepare to taking the beauty. And share the beauty with these chasers so that they can come back and pay us for these views they cannot have during their busy lives.

At the Woordfees in Stellenbosch and having fun with limited internet
