A couple of screenshots from the coming phablet, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra (codenamed Togari, also called Xperia ZU) has leaked out. It's from a prototype, and in the screenshots we can see that the display is 6.21-inch with 1080p resolution. The odd screen size is probably because the onscreen touch buttons takes away some screen real-estate. This display size is probably 6.4-inch as I've said before.

Some renders has leaked out of the coming super camera phone, the Sony i1, codenamed Honami. Personally I don't think this render is real, one reason is that it says "Xperia", and what I know, this will be the first device in Sony's new philosophy, or brand called "One Sony". This phone will not be called Xperia, just Sony i1.

At an event in Taiwan today, HTC unveiled it's latest flagship, the HTC Butterfly S.

The new HTC Butterfly S has a nice 5-inch Super LCD 3 display with full 1920 x 1080 HD resolution, and a Snapdragon 600 processor at 1.9GHz. It also has 2GB of RAM and the 16GB of internal storage. So this is a high end phone with really nice specs. And the Butterfly S also has a microSD card slot, and that doesn't even the HTC One has. Very good.

The Chinese based company Huawei is thinking of acquiring Nokia, according to Huawei’s chief Richard Yu. This news came just after Huawei announces their latest flagship phone Ascend P6.

He says that Huawei is “open-minded” and are “considering” it, but that it “depends on the willingness of Nokia.”

I must say that the new 2013 MacBook Air with the Haswell processor is incredibly good! I haven't bought one myself, but I've seen a lot of tests of it on YouTube, and it beats every mobile computer on the market when it comes to speed and battery life. It even beats the Retina MacBook Pro. The SSD's, the processor, the battery makes the latest MacBook Air's freaking awesome! I mean 9 hours battery life for the 11-inch, and 12 hours for the 13-inch! Unbelievable. But Apple never lies about battery life. It is exactly right. And I actually saw a battery test of the new 11-inch that even had one hour more than what Apple said! In the test they played a quicktime movie over and over again until the battery died, and it managed 10 hours! They tested the 2012 model that I have in the same test and it had 5 hours.

So if you are after a new computer this year, go for the new 2013 MacBook... more »

Huawei will have a press conference in a couple of hours, but photos of the Huawei Ascend P6 has already leaked out before the official announcement.

I started an experiment some weeks ago, where I would try to only use the Chrome web browser, chrome apps and Google services instead of native apps on my Mac. And I must say that it has worked out quite good.

I now use the Chrome app StackEdit instead of ByWord, Gmail instead of Apple Mail, Google+ instead of the RSS Reader called Reeder, Google+ instead of both Facebook and Twitter, Google Drive instead of Microsoft Office, Evernote web instead of the native Evernote version and Google+ photos, Pixlr express and Pixlr Photo Editor instead of Pixelmator

The only thing that I can't replace is Final Cut Pro X video editing (yes I've tried WeVideo and it sucks), making screencasts (recording your desktop) and the background service Evernote helper.

I've been talking many times already about that Samsung will release a Flagship Tizen phone this year. They will release three flagship phones in total this year, and we have already seen the Galaxy S4, and we will see the Galaxy Note 3 on IFA in September, and I believe that we will see a Tizen phone on Samsung's event this week, June 20.

Leaked pictures of an aluminum Nokia EOS has leaked. I've said it before, this will be an incredible super camera phone with lossless zoom and all. It will be a great fight between the Sony i1 and Nokia EOS :) Personally I prefer Android over Windows Phone 8 though :)

Another image of the coming super phone, The Nokia EOS, codename Elvis[1] has leaked out. This time the Nokia EOS lies to the side of a Nokia Lumia 920[2] and it’s very hard to tell the difference between the two. the design is very similar. The only way you can see which is the Nokia EOS is on the much larger camera sensor when it's laying down.

And Nokia has also send out invites for a New York event, and on the invitation card it says “Zoom Reinvented” and “see more from Nokia”, and that probably means that we finally will see the Nokia EOS PureView officially. The event is July 11.

Here is all the rumored specs of the Nokia W680 EOS:

- 41MP PureView camera with Xenon flash
- Captures a 35MP image and a 5MP to be more suitable for sharing, at the same time
- Nokia Pro Camera application

Sony will have a Press event July 4th in Paris. The Press image reveal the long rumored phablet Sony Xperia Z Ultra (ZU), codenamed Togari. As I've said earlier, the phablet will be super thin, only 6.5mm! But super big instead with a 6.44-inch display.

The image also reveals that it will support a Stylus, if fact any thing you can write with, pen, finger etc.

This is one of three devices I will choose between, when I will buy my first Phablet this fall :)
