Dear Interweb friends.

DO NOT BUY NISSAN. They will not stand by their vehicle maintenance if anything goes wrong. I have an issue that is clearly a manufacturers faulty work/equipment and yet they refuse to stand by their vehicle.

I have a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. 116,000km (~72,000mi). There is a known issue with the radiators of Nissan vehicles of the 2005 -2006 years. The Radiator will leak coolant into the transmission and fry the Computer controlling the transmission as well as the transmission itself. An $8,000 repair.

Nissan has extended the radiator warranty (8yr/130,000km) on select vehicles only but will not cover vehicles that are not part of a specific VIN group. My vehicles falls well within the new extended warranty period and mileage it, however, is excluded from this extended warranty despite it being the same problem all other are encountering.

I'm sure I'm not alone in having both a FB and a G+ profile using them almost equally for different reasons. 

There are some, however, that use one or the other exclusively for a variety of reasons.   Check out this article from Forbes:

I can't believe this still exists in today's day and age in a, supposedly, civilized country. FFS, this is a little girl with enthusiasm, the will to learn and a brain smart enough to make comparative analysis of an, obviously, poor situation. And she happens to be 13 years old.

Women scientists rock.

This is a project that I worked on with +David Wescott, +Andrea Kuszewski, +Jamie Vernon and +kevin zelnio -- with an enormous amount of help from a video editor who has asked to remain nameless.

We wanted to give scientists the opportunity to explain what evolution is and why it is a key component of any science curriculum. We also wanted to highlight female role models in the sciences.

Ok, there has been a lot of talk about the new Shared Circles. There is a massive disadvantage to them as a person cannot share more than 250 people at a time.

There has also been a lot of people looking for a place to keep a central listing of people that want to discuss the game Eve Online. Originally, I thought I might make a webpage somewhere that each person could enter their profile address but then I realized, G+ is already set up to do this in a much less complicated way.

Everyone that would like to be added to other peoples G+ Eve Online Circle (G-Fleet?) simply make a comment here.

I will include a link in this post that everyone can post to their G+ streams. If everyone comes here and posts a comment, it will be a self generating list of Eve Players.

One rule, to keep the list from getting unruly, only one comment per profile please.

New Google+ Users - How to Migrate from Facebook to Google+. Now before you say that you want to stay at Facebook too, well that's ok. Many use more than one social service for a variety of reasons. But you CAN migrate your friends, and photos here also. You can backup and save some of your other Facebook information (which you should be doing anyway). I can see by my "circle count" that there are a lot of new people signing up today. In the early days of G+ (just 90 days ago) there was a culture of sharing tips, tricks, guides, etc. I gathered together a few for the new users who just joined.
