Dirk's Missing Links
For whatever reason, it seems that G+ isn't feeding me quite a few of the posts from people that I have circled while viewing my main stream. That is rather upsetting to me because many of those people I have followed for a very long time on Google Buzz and I really like their posts!
I prefer making one big circle and watching everything evolve as one great big rollin' hunk of steamin' junk! I read quickly, comment quickly, +1 quickly, and race right onto the next post so that works very well for me. I realize that may not work well for others and apparently I am forced to realize that it doesn't work all that well for G+ either.
So, I broke down and actually made a circle and I guess I'll share it.
I browsed through my circle and picked out people whose posts I am not seeing as frequently as I used to and/or sometimes not at all. That's really all this circle is about. So, if you are not included here, it simply means that I am still seeing your posts with the same frequency in which I am accustomed and there is no need for you to threaten to burn down my village or anything of that nature. If you are in this circle and notice that I have not been as engaged with your posts as I once was, I apologize with hopes that placing you within this circle will remedy that situation.
I will point out that this is a very diverse group of people. Their religious, political and social views may be in conflict with your own. However, I also feel that everyone within this circle is a genuinely good person that has the capacity to disagree while bringing forth an argument that is thoughtful, respectful and sensible should you care to engage with them from a contrary position and with likewise character.
