Medio herfst zal het Zundert Trappistenbier gelanceerd worden!
De monniken van de Abdij Maria Toevlucht in Zundert gaan een bier brouwen. De monniken in Zundert zijn trappisten, het bier zal dan ook een trappistenbier zijn.
Het zal een eigen bier volgens eigen recept zijn. Herkenbaar als trappistenbier zal het toch een heel eigen karakter hebben.
De medebroeders in de abdijen die al bier brouwen staan ons broederlijk met raad en daad terzijde.
Wij zullen wel een eigen koers varen. Niemand zit te wachten op een kopie van wat al bestaat!
Vandaar dat de monniken in Zundert een heel eigen recept ontwikkeld hebben voor een weerbarstig en in de eigen streek geworteld trappistenbier.

Do you miss a Communities Stream in your Google+?
Following these steps, you can turn your Home stream into your Communities stream:
► 1. Go to each of your circle streams,
1.1. and disable "show posts in home stream"
► 2. Go to each of the communities you've joined,
2.1. and enable "show posts in home stream"
2.2. and (optionally) set "Amount" to "More"
► 3. Wait some 24 hours to have pure community posts in your Home stream
3.1. You can still use your individual Circles streams to read posts from people in your circles!

By highlighting aspects of a feather’s form, pattern or color, I hope to convey some intimate sense of the bird that grew the feathers.
My favorite tools are the fine eye surgery tools I inherited from my father. When I work, I put on big nerdy magnifying glasses to see the details of the feathers.
I have time to create only a small portion of the many notebooks I have filled with feather design ideas.
Some say I am slightly obsessed with feathers. True enough, and I find it a satisfying perch from which to view the world.

I am a Google fan boy: Why, you ask?
Because Google changed the life for my boy. Back in 2010, his body was suffering severe epilepsy with daily seizures. Specific, atypical absence with myoclonic movements. And with many signs of autism. Today, he is like any other child. Even a proud captain. In many aspects, because of Google.
Some of you have already learned about it [goo.gl/cllbC]. I have written about it as well in a post here on Google+ [goo.gl/eV0ay]. What you can learn from my posts, is the power Google had in our struggle. From basic knowledge about the disease to the most hidden parts of possible solutions. With proper questioning, Google was expanding my knowledge about the subject through millions of articles and posts. In days, I was able to learn more about the subject than most probably doctors knew 50 years ago.

Circloscope v2013.5.27 is ready!
In the new version of circloscope, you can find members of any community of your choice, analyze them using various circloscope filters and optionally add them to your circles.
Community Module Instructions:
► 1. Load > Data > Community
► 2. Enter url of the community in the prompt and hit OK
► 3. Wait for the process to finish. Optionally, you can click "Enough" button if it takes too long (for communities with tons of members)
► 4. Now you can see profile thumbnails of the members of that community. You can to to Step1 again to add another community to your analysis. Circloscope accumulates the results for all communities you've loaded in this session.
► 5. Use desired filters to narrow down the results
► 6. Select and add desired ones to your circles

As a follow up to my last post (goo.gl/z2m6R), here's my CSS hack for enhancing the highlighting of posts when browsing via keyboard shortcuts. It works for single as well as multi column layout although looks better in the first one.
If you wanna give it a go get either Stylish (goo.gl/RKjK5) or Stylebot (goo.gl/hTxba) and add the CSS data available via the link below.
I've also added some color coding:
○ grey = posts
○ green = share box
○ blue = general info boxes
There's also at least one bug:
○ when focusing the first posting on a profile page, G+ scrolls automatically to the top revealing the profile banner instead.

Enable the Single-Column Layout for Profiles and Communities

1. Go to Google+ Settings and scroll all the way down until you see the Accessibility category.
2. Check the box that reads "Change the presentation of some pages to work better with screen readers and other accessibility tools".

Onze trekpaarden en hun eigenaars steken hun tong uit tegen kanker en spannen zich in voor kankerpatiëntjes! U toch ook!
Op zondagnamiddag 26 mei, Dag van het Park organiseren we in het Park Coloma te Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, van 14.00 tot 18u.00, een heus kinderfeest waar kankerpatiëntjes in gezelschap van hun ouders en broers en zussen centraal staan en waar iedere sympathisant, groot en klein welkom is.
Wat valt er te beleven?
Onze trekpaarden trekken het vliegend tapijt, de paardenmolen uit Zeeland, koetsen door de internationale rozentuin, een huifkar door het park, laten zich berijden en ook de garnaalvisser neemt kindjes mee te paard. De hoefsmid zorgt voor demonstraties. Pipo en Pipette en andere kin... more »
