Cool trick for drawing red circles on pictures in Google+.

Just use the Text tool and choose the letter "O"!

Sometimes you want to draw attention to something in a photo. A normal way to do that is to draw a red circle around the object of focus. 

After you've posted, click the picture, choose Edit, choose Text, type an uppercase "O" in the box, choose a font, reposition and resize the O, change the color to red and you're good to go.

Website Architecture.. PROCESS!? I know intimately many companies that go from 1 to 8 to design then code. Or worse, 1 to design... or even, "hey, I have an idea, let's start designing!" Eek!

Thinking of Inking?

Do you have a tattoo (or twelve)? What are the designs? Studies have found that as many as 2 out of 5 adults younger than 40 have a tattoo. As that's a whole lot of people - I imagine that are quite a few fun and interesting designs out there.

That makes them appealing to people who run organizations and worry about minimizing uncertainty and risk. But the creative process resists planning; it’s not a recipe, script, or formula.
