So, I'm on a tour where they have clearly marked, in the printed literature, departure at 4:30 pm. I get there at 4:15, only to be told by the resort owner "your group already left! Let me try to arrange something for you!" And it's clear he's both surprised and calling in a favor. Would you trust the tour company for future shore visits?
