This week I was in New York where I had the chance to speak at +L'Oréal Paris France Inspiration Day. It was pretty incredible and enjoyed spending time with the global team.

From there, I raced (in slow moving traffic) over to my friend +Gary Vaynerchuk''s office (+VaynerMedia) where I joined him on his Askgaryvee show. We've known each other for years and he's still one of the best friends I have in this business. He's genuine. He's probably the hardest working person I know. And, he's a dedicated family man. How he does it all is beyond me. I admire him.
