Travel 2011

{Why a competition?}
I’m turning my travel picture selection into a reality show competition... just for fun.
I did the work of narrowing down 35,000 travel pictures from 2011 down to 100 of my favorites. And now I’m gonna get input from everyone else.
Why? Because while I work on pictures I watch way too many reality competitions like Americas Got Talent or The Voice or AI etc

So now i’m going to involve all of you to go from 100 to 50 to 25 to 10 to 5 and then the winner.
I’ll try to make it fun and involve Facebook, Google+ and Youtube

Well the bride is being creative and changing her FB profile every day until her wedding October 5th... I like those types of clients. The ones that love and crave awesome pictures. I am to please.

The pictures told the story of this beautiful, fun, loving couple and their exciting day. The couple and their amazing wedding party rocked my world!!

They had huge expectations for me and my photography and I'm glad I put up the pictures worthy of their expectations.

Background
June 2011 I spent the month on the road. I did 4 weddings in the DC area along with giving some photo-presentations and making photo-stops all along the way. This was taken towards the end of the trip.

Eye Opener
I drove a little out of my way to visit my first ever area of Tornado Destruction ... and it was an eye opener. Having lived my life in areas that there are not tornados i learned so much more than I could have ever learned from all my times watching the wizard of Oz haha

The documenter in me
I was so drawn to taking these pictures it really brought out the documenter and street photographer in me.
