Are you relying on Sheer Dumb Luck to build your business? "Five points will be awarded to each of you for sheer dumb luck" - and yes I am enough of a Harry Potter fan (geek) to actually have that phrase embedded in my mind. I try for the accent too but it never quite sounds the same.  

And I have a point in sharing it with you (aside from the fact that I am tired of you looking at me strangely when I say it...) - how many of you are operating your business relying on sheer dumb luck?  Are you depending on your clients to fall into your lap by chance?

I give you permission to hug your babies even if they're too cool to be hugged in public. 

I give you permission to laugh at inappropriate moments and to stay in when you're feeling like reading.
