71% of women who were knowingly wearing counterfeit designer sunglasses in a lab experiment cheated on a money-earning task, in comparison with 30% of those wearing authentic glasses, say Francesca Gino and Michael I. Norton of Harvard Business School and Dan Ariely of Duke University. Moreover, participants who believed they were wearing counterfeit sunglasses judged other people as more likely to behave dishonestly. 

Use of counterfeits harms people's self-image, inducing a sense of a "counterfeit self," the researchers say.

If you prefer the second layout - I do - then read on...

What you need is the Wider posts on Google Plus user style.
You need the Stylish extension for Firefox before you can install the style in the browser.
Google Chrome users also need to install the Stylish extension first.
Opera users can check out this blog post that explains how to install user styles in the browser.
Internet Explorer users can try IE7 Pro which comes with userstyle support. It has not been updated for a while and may not be compatible anymore though.
Once you have installed the style in your browser of choice, you will notice that posts on Google+ will use a width of about 900px now.

Although Google has said the wearable platform will not permit display ads, marketers are eyeing branded applications and brand interactions as potential strategies. So, while display ads are a no-go for #Glass, we have to dream bigger and go 'where no agency has gone before'.  To us, this is the thrilling part.

While this is so new and #Glass  is really not ready for prime time yet, many developers and marketers agree, that #Glass  blends the perfect way to tie real-world, real-time analytics into overall advertiser demographic (and location/interest and perhaps even emotional specific) targeting.

Ok, #Chromebook has some limitations, but not a bad second machine for $299. #Pixel seems nice and full featured (and sounds like it may fit the bill as a primary workhorse), but at $1499 is it worth that? In a buyers world filled with very powerful sub-$1000 machines, this has me curious.

Make no mistake about it, Google is a hardware company now too, and Pixel is spec candy for sure. I'm just curious as to the gap between these machines, mostly price wise.

Any Pixel users from #io want to share your experience and thoughts? Would you buy one as a consumer? You Chromebook users, what does Google need to add to make this truly a home run?

The most obvious use for someone in Real Estate is to use Google Glass to provide a live showing of a property with a busy or out-of-state client, to Hangout and discuss the property live and answer any initial questions. 

THE GOOD
 - Comfortable: the fit is actually quite comfortable and it's easy to wear for several hours 
 - Intuitive: the user interface is easy to navigate and you get the hang of it very quickly
- Accurate: the voice commands and dictation are good as long as you are in a somewhat quiet enivornment
- Quality Photos/Video/Audio: the photos and recorded video are very high quality and the audio is pretty clear

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
- Google Hangouts: multi-step setup and poor video quality during the hangout
