Enjoying The View

A question to all trekking photographers among you!

I need a bigger PHOTO-BAG for my overnight trips (2-3 days, mostly in mountains - with sleeping bag and tent etc.). I've found four candidates who have made it into the final:

A Night In The Mountains

Free Soul

Hey! Hope you have/had a great Saturday! Today I had the first ride on my snowboard in new season. A great welcome of about 30cm powder from mother nature made it suberb :) It had -14°C and snowstorm and was (as mentioned) my first riding-day so no camera with me.

After a bit more than a year I've reached the 10.000 mark. It was a wonderful year. I got into contact with many wonderful people here. A time full of experiences, exchange of ideas and lot of inspiration. It was a big boost for me as a photographer. All the comments and feedbacks of you have encouraged me to try new things and improve current skills.

For us here in Vorarlberg, the winter season started and the snow also arrived on time. Winter - a time where I'm much in the mountains. So I hope to show you soon more cold cool pics :)

How You Feel?

Hi everyone! Sorry for my absence the last few days but I have a lot to do and unfortunately no time for G+ :(

What I´ve learned? The difference in the amount of light compared to the noise growth says it's a good call going up from ISO2500 to 3200. Special thanks for the tip to +Carsten Kopp :)

Mt Etna

Mount Etna (3,329 m) is the biggest active volcano in Europe. This shot was taken during the drive from north to east coast of Sicily (somewhere inside the country). Kinda this giant seems to me from far more powerful  :)
