Hey New York photogs! I just finished day one of a photography workshop by Matt Granger aka That Nikon Guy all the way from the great down under, and its great.

He still has a few spots available for a workshop on this coming Tuesday on nude photography with live models and he would love to fill those spaces. Anyone want to sign up for it should do it soon. I do recommend him and you can see him online at YouTube and at That Nikon Guy.

For EVERYONE who loves learning about photography. Be it seminars, webinars, photo walks, classes, photo tours or workshops there are all kinds. Photography workshops are great they can be a few hour, a day, a week or longer. They may be free or cost thousands. I took my first photo workshop when I was 14 and have been always learning and experiencing more ever since. Lets talk about up coming workshops, workshops you have attended and or given as well as those you hope to find.

Hi fellow travelers I'm Lisa I live in New York and love travel and photography. In the past few years I have photographed in Cuba, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos as most interesting. Next year I am going to Venice for Carnival in February. I also like photography workshops and have attended all types over many years. On my short list are travels to India, Turkey and South of France. I'm looking forward to seeing and learning more from this community!

He's not to everyone's taste, but more and more I've come to appreciate Bruce Gilden. He is completely original and no one works as he does. Lately there are lots of would-be Gildens trying to imitate him, thinking it's just using a flash close-up, mistaking an effect for an intent. There is much more to it, combined with real courage.
