A friend and I have decided to challenge each other to a "shoot a word a day" challenge over on the facebook. Today's word was "Hair." I asked my son (who has wonderfully fun hair) if he would pose for me. He told me only for a minute. Needless to say, he wasn't lying and after about 57 seconds he declared he was finished and walked away. But in that one minute of cooperation, he worked it! LOL!

it's *WORLD IBD DAY*
i am here to bring awareness to all of you.
Do you have any questions about my Crohn's Disease or any other IBD {Inflammatory Bowel Disease}?
IBD is very different from IBS {Irritable Bowel Syndrome},
so please try not to get the two confused.
Millions of people all over the world are affected by this life crippling disease, it's time to get the word out so we can find a cure or at least get a little understanding as to what we go through on a daily basis. I also want to thank all of you that have reached out to me and to others who struggle with similar issues.
