The Problem With Everything

No one pays attention to relationships. Beyond that, very few are aware of how connected everything in this world really is.

One thing leads to another. Slowly over time and then suddenly, all at once.

I have so many ideas growing and expanding in my brain, that I feel like I could explode.

I need an outlet. I need wells and buckets to fill. I need something to pour myself in to. I'm done holding back.


This might not make sense without more clarification, but I needed a stream of consciousness outlet to make it through the rest of the day. So there you have it. And back to my day I go. :-)

Every So Often

I see an old picture of myself and seriously miss my dark hair. Like this one... They say blondes are supposed to have more fun, but let me tell you... I'm pretty sure I've been more tame and had much less fun since I've been blonde. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? heh

Anyway, was doing that fast scroll through all of my photos in light room and watched quite a bit of the past few years of my life pass me by and then this one caught my eye and made me miss the dark hair. 

Oh well... guess the blonde can stay for now. ;-)

You see, the thing is...

A friend of mine is a real estate agent and from time to time I'll go and take photos for him.

Can I just say that real estate photography is tough? You never know what you have to work with and no matter what you do, the stuff in the house might make you wish the place was just empty, etc.

On top of that, can I tell you how bad house photos look from up high? Yeah, so I'm tall... well, turns out most rooms are much more attractive from a slightly lower angle - not my normal view. heh. 

Eh, all that said, I don't mind doing it. I'm far from great or even all that good with it, but I guess when most houses have nothing but random really bad point and shoot images, anything can seem like an improvement.

The past few months have been interesting. I've felt different - different in both good and bad ways. I've felt very content - happy even... with my place in the world and myself. However,​ I've been completely void of creativity or that fire that has always pushed me on some level or another. Without it, I've been more practical - a very foreign concept to me.  ​​heh

That said - I think I feel the fire coming back... Soon enough.

Okay +Google+ I love you... really, I do.

I'm usually very fond of updates, upgrades and change in general. However, I have to tell you - this whole "hangouts" taking over the world - okay maybe just on my phone and in gmail - is miserable. 

I have way too many chat contacts to not be able to see a list of them. Also, I want to know if they are online, busy, away or not around - and I also want the felling of being able to communicate with them in "real time". The new app and overall design really just feel like you guys copied Whatsapp and threw on some Google Glitter. 

While the new image features are great, does every "hangout" with someone that involves image sharing really need its own album in G+? 

For years, I have loved the simplicity of gchat - it's clean, easy to use and has a spot for a status. I love my gchatsta... more »
