This makes so much sense!
I was just about to write a post about how email is changing while on-the-go and will never be the same to young community that is experiencing emails as a chat platform.
If this is true, Google is buying the one app that is threatening Gmail the most - Good to see they understand that.

So no, I'm not moving to Android because of the new Facebook Home thingy. In fact I think it will make people visit Facebook more than ever before and for me it is already time-consuming.
I less worry about the privacy BTW than to be sucked into realtime conversations, constantly.
That said, the user-experience and UI look so fine, it is the only reason I feel bad for having an iPhone right now

For this weekend I gathered some cool applications for kids of all ages. From toddlers, to bigger children. The applications are free so you can download them all and let your kids deiced what they like best, or maybe not like at all. I found out that no matter what age I suggest, kids have their own way of experiencing games, and it's not always based on their age..

A few weeks ago we revealed that we were seeking Explorers to help us shape the future of Glass. To do that, we asked people across Google+ and Twitter to tell us what they would do #ifihadglass . We could never have imagined such an enthusiastic response! There were so many creative, diverse, and (sometimes) crazy applications. We’ve certainly learned a lot through this whole process and it’s inspiring to hear how much passion there is for Glass.
Now for the really exciting bit... we know you’ve all been waiting patiently, which is why we’re pleased to announce that the results are in. Over the next few days we’ll be sending out invitations to our Explorer Program through Google+ and Twitter.
