Bacon Smores!

This Saturday was my mothers birthday, my sister and I threw her a surprise party along with a lot of help from my wife, brother in-law, and various other family members.  You may have seen the home made marshmallows +Heather Kasten made the other day.  They were for dipping in the chocolate fountain we borrowed.  I insisted we get bacon as well, because who doesn't love bacon dipped in chocolate.

It took a bit of convincing but finally I convinced the other and they let me have a "small" plate of bacon to add to the desert table.  Not only was it a hit, but it was the first thing we ran out of.  Apparently you don't have to be an internet geek to love bacon in chocolate or what you see photographed, the surprise hit of the party, #bacon smores!
