So sad to hear the news this morning- RIP...The AWESOME Aussie singer of the Divinyls Chrissy Amphlett has passed away at her home in NYC due to a long battle w/cancer & MS...I always loved her voice...so talented, so original , so unique...

I think it's about time I share a photo of Korea's most beloved side dish, kimchi. as a korean, I feel ashamed that I haven't taken a photo of kimchi until now. :D kimchi is a traditional fermented dish made of vegetables with lots of yummy seasoning. there are many varieties of kimchi, but this one is made with nappa cabbage, which is most widely consumed in korea. if you go to a korean restaurant, this is the kind they would mostly serve you :)
