Hi everyone, my wife recently developed a long list of food allergies. She also has a condition called "leaky gut". I'm not in "learning mode" as to how I can cook tasty meals that take into account her allergies.

They are:
Milk proteins (Casein), chicken n duck eggs, ginger, kidney bean, milk, mung beans, peanut, pineapple, soy bean, wheat gluten, whey, yoghurt. 

Any suggestions on alternatives, recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Hello fellow foodies. I'm Joseph and I hail from a tiny dot in South-East Asia called Singapore. This self-intro is a little late and I am thankful to have been invited to join this wonderful community.

I'm not sure what the real definition of a foodie is but I enjoy eating well and cooking. I cook mostly during the weekends and I try to do it in a healthy way. I do not strictly follow recipes but will go with the flow and "feel".
