「好心人付錢」待用麵助弱勢！

我付款、你吃麵！新北市一家麵攤效法網路正夯的「待用咖啡」，推出讓顧客預付麵錢，無償提供給有需要者享用的「待用麵」，宛如麵攤版的「幸福保衛站」。兩周來民眾預購四十一碗，已提供十九碗給單親兒、失明母、拾荒婦及獨居老人食用，麵攤附近有五家店也欲推出待用蔬果及待用餐，將一碗麵的善行傳出去。

婦人顏林蔭（六十歲）在板橋民智街的青翠市場經營「呷飯呷麵」麵攤三十二年，上月在臉書看見「待用咖啡」的分享照，照片裡的老人將陌生人贈送的咖啡視之為珍寶，小心翼翼捧杯啜飲，老闆娘深受感動，上月二十二日將七十五元的什錦麵作為待用麵，推出後反應頗佳。



老闆娘：放心吃
《蘋果》日前到麵店，發現店內白板確實記載待用麵份數，記者當場買兩碗待用麵，老闆娘立刻在白板登記加兩筆，另一名顧客見狀也預購兩碗，但記者懷疑「真的會有人來吃待用麵嗎？」沒多久，一名阿婆推著滿車資源回收物緩步走來，經過麵攤時，老闆娘拿出紙板給阿婆，得知阿婆沒有吃午餐，立刻招呼她進店裡吃麵，阿婆不好意思揮揮手：「太貴了。」老闆娘回：「好心人已經付錢了，妳放心吃！」

男給失明母吃麵顏林蔭說，很多貧苦者連一碗麵都吃不起，曾有一名單親母帶幼兒在店外徘徊，得知有待用麵卻只點一碗，「我們母子共吃一碗就夠了，其他留給更需要的人」；有中年失業男子拿待用麵給失明老母，哭訴：「我餓肚子沒關係，但媽媽不能跟著我受苦。」還有兩名獨居老人平日靠饅頭果腹，待用麵是他們一天中最豐盛的一餐。

「一碗麵力量大」
《蘋果》發現麵攤的善行讓菜市場三家攤商及一家早餐店、一家牛排館願意跟進，商家計劃推出當季商品或直接預留現金，讓需要者自行挑選額度內商品，顏林蔭獲知後說：「沒想到一碗麵的力量這麼大。」她希望待用麵成為民間行善力量，幫助更多人。
