Exemplary Manners!

In a marathon, a Kenyan athlete slowed down about 10 meters before the finish line, thinking that the race was over. As the Spanish athlete was behind him, this was his chance to pass him and win the race. But instead, he tapped him on the shoulder and brought to his attention that he should pass first!

Although the Kenyan won the race, the Spanish got more recognition by the media and sponsors for his manners. It may be easy for us to say that we would've done the same, but when it comes to split-second decisions, it's your deep values that will control your choices. What values do you have? May Allah instill Islamic values in our hearts!
