I just sent my feedback 

the only thing I really want changed (there are other things I have heard are bugs...they do not count) I would like the option of having the stream auto-refresh itself.  I cannot be refreshing the stream and scrolling through it all day, I need to be working.  Instead, I like to watch it as it "flows" past me....like a literal stream.  Yes I miss some content that way.....but the current way...I will miss almost everything.

Tonight my best friend and I went to watch her son Mason in a b-ball game. Of course I took the camera.  It was a challenging set up....but really a lot of fun!  This is my favorite shot of the night.  Mason is catching.

And I am happy to say I got my first dose of real sunshine for the year! :D

Here is another full rez upload.  This image is 17632x8789 pixels wide

Top of independence Pass near Aspen Colorado.  The light on the clouds is coming from the moon that just set behind the mountains off in the distance.  This image is made up of 3 rows vertical images stitched together (26 photos total). and was taken around 3AM, long after the sun set and a long time before the sunrise.

Next week i will randomly pick one person that shares this image and they will get a free print of the photo.

I love unplanned days that turn out like today :D It started as a run-of-the-mill grocery shopping/cleaning kinda day....and became a go hang out with my best friend for her birthday because she was alone, and talk and drink and just enjoy spending time together kinda day.  Of course the cleaning of the house got put off to the weekend.....but it was totally worth it!

So here is one of my very first flowers of Spring to wish my best friend a Happy Birthday!

And tomorrow I will try to catch up with what I missed here. :D

I need some help from the Googleverse

She is a 1971 Coronado C27, registration number CF 3209 EV. The name on the stern is MANTRA

No joke. I checked on her Sunday and today she is not where I left her. I have checked with the Coast Guard and I am filing a police report but I need eyes. If you are in the San Francisco Bay, Sacramento River, San Juaquin River, Napa River or Petaluma River areas please keep an eye out for this boat. If I am going to get her back I need you all to help me spread the word.

Stunning new image of Horsehead Nebula from Hubble
This new Hubble image, captured and released to celebrate the telescope’s 23rd year in orbit, shows part of the sky in the constellation of Orion (The Hunter). Rising like a giant seahorse from turbulent waves of dust and gas is the Horsehead Nebula, otherwise known as Barnard 33.

This image shows the region in infrared light, which has longer wavelengths than visible light and can pierce through the dusty material that usually obscures the nebula’s inner regions. The result is a rather ethereal and fragile-looking structure, made of delicate folds of gas — very different to the nebula’s appearance in visible light.
